We ordered the fried chicken, bacon mac, and side salads. Everything was fresh, hot, and clearly made to order. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the salads were fresh and flavorful. The drinks were phenomenal, and the service made the entire experience even better. I also heard that the catfish is a hit and a must try. Shoutout to the cage cashier who helped me get my rewards card. She was amazing and made the process easy and welcoming. I never been here because I live out of state. However, I was traveling through for the first time and decided to visit. I played slots for a few minutes and decided to cash out at cashier cafe. The woman that worked was unfriendly. There was no one in line, so I placed ticket on counter. She said nothing and never looked at me in the eye. She just stood there for a few minutes staring at the counter top. Finally, she gave me my cash and I left. I don't like this casino. As soon as you walk in, they ask for ID and you walk through a metal detector which causes long lines. I'm used to just walking in a casino without all this. Don't ever come to this casino if you have another option. Especially not for poker, I used to come once a week but I've had back-to-back terrible experiences lately and multiple in the past specifically with how they manage the poker room. I live an hour away so it's a 2-hour drive there and back every time I come and I used to come once a week or more for the better part of a year. But I can't do this anymore I'm sick of it the floor manager Jesse for like the third or fourth time has taken me off the list unjustly even though I spoke to her on the phone on my way down there and told her when I would be there and she didn't say anything on the phone and I was there on time. Anyway the room doesn't open till noon I'm there exactly at noon and she gave my seat to someone else and said I wasn't there on time and lied right to my face and said she tried to call me along with all the other players which I can easily disprove. I don't understand what her problem is with me all the other dealers including her know me there as a regular now, the older players that come there every week know me as a regular now she seems to just have it out for me even though I get along with everyone else and I've been nothing but respectful to her. So she lies to my face and basically tells me I wasted my time driving down there I say I'm leaving cuz that's BS, again she doesn't say anything else I leave drive an hour home and then she calls me and says she's opening up another table as if that excuse is the fact I should have never had to wait in the first place. SMS like I said I've dealt with this way too many times, either I'm taking off the list or someone's giving my seat when they're not supposed to be and I'm forced to wait for 4 hours to play, or I show up there on time and they don't have enough dealers so I still end up waiting for hours to play still end up waiting 4 hours to play. I read all the reviews and some were very sad experiences. Our many times here have been positive and we have enjoyed the evening out. We enjoy the sports bar and some of the time it is very busy. Only suggestion I have to the folks that work there is that the customer is the one that pays you. Be nice to the patrons and they will to you. If I could zero stars I would. From the slow line to get in, to the rude staff at Legends, this was by far the worst experience of my life. The service was terrible, the facility smelled awful, and the restaurants were sub par for the price bracket. This casino is very nice! In my opinion it does not look like a casino on the outside, but is very updated and nice looking on the inside. We are from Little Rock and we prefer this one over Oaklawn. Free play for new players (I received $5 and my S/O got $7) Dealers have lots of help from managers walking past. Some are still learning. My favorite game to play is roulette which opens at 6 while my significant other plays in the poker room. The alcoholic drinks are not free but they are only 1-2 dollars. Soft drinks are self served. So i tried out Saracen this weekend & won a tidy $6000 on two bets. Not too bad i thought, except when i initiated a measly $500 withdraw from my winnings. Instead of getting the approval of the withdraw (after linking my debit card etc) i get an email saying my account is on "hold" until i send my documents over. Annoying yes, and its funny how they let you pump as much money into it as possible and then block you for asking for some of it back! So i take the time to send documentation over & when i do the friendly helpdesk person Johnathan stops communicating with me. After 36 hours of no response I call in this morning. I was told that the head financial manager needed to approve this & that i was looking at a 48 hour wait possibly. By now we are well over 96 hours and i am getting the cold shoulder from Saracen! ACCOUNT LOCKED! is what i get when i try to log into my account. Shame on them. I bet it is going to be struggle to get my winnings from these clowns. I suggest using a more reputable sportsbook. Casino is ok I guess for what it is. I generally play poker here and many of the poker dealers are pretty unbearable. This one dealer "Tylynn" will berate you if you don't give her whatever tip she thinks she deserves. They also do these $5 bomb pots every dealer change. I recently saw her pick up someone's $5 that they had tossed in for the bomb pot and sit and knock it repeatedly on her tip bin asking the individual if it was her tip until he finally gave in and said yes. I've never been at another poker room where dealers are allowed to place pressure on players and their money to make them tip. I'm really surprised that management puts up with it, but based off the overall quality of the dealer pool, maybe they just dont have many options. ‍ Overall, I'd say the poker room and the game itself is generally good. They run almost exclusively 1/3 NL and the games are usually decent. If you can look past the dealer issues, it's a pretty good environment to play cards. read more

We absolutely love it here. We travel from Little Rock just to have the catfish. I think we love the bar and the food more that we actually love gambling. We stopped here for dinner on Monday they only had a couple of restaurants open. We went to Sports bar. The place smells of smoke so they need better filters. The service people had attitudes and were really slow on a not too busy evening. Had to ask to have dirty plates removed from table and got more attitude like not my job. The food was surprising good. the house made chips were the best. My husband and I split a ribeye it tasted great but was so fatty. The others had burgers and they were good the tamales were just ok. The fried catfish was a bit greasy. I hope they give the staff more training on working with customers. Sadly they don't accept tourist. You have to have only a US government issued ID and it HAS to be English. We've been in to eat at Quapaw kitchen about 5 times. And my Mexican driver license has worked to get in and proving my age. All of a sudden I get denied access. Will be contacting the better business bureau. read more

Went back to cash in my $75 ticket. The food is good. Better than Oaklawn and Southland. I love their beer selection. I ordered a Flight... 4 types of beer that they brew on site. 2 were as good as any beer I ever had. 1 was okay and the other was awful but it only cost $1.25 for the entire set. Their other beers are all less expensive than the other two Arkansas casinos. Again, the people were all friendly especially the food service personnel. Oaklawn is more Vegas Style than any especially with their newly opened Motel and spa. I'm a truck driver and stop here whenever I'm delivering in pine bluff or passing through. Fun place, great bar with plenty of slots and truck parking. However, I got catfish from the to go kitchen ,I believe is called the "post oak" or something like that and I'm not sure if they pre make the catfish in advance and throw it in a container but mine was cold and soggy and definitely not worth the 38$ I paid for the fish plus fries. Just went for the 2nd time. Won't be back. I have 2 pacemakers and have been advised not to go through the various detectors. The first time we went I was permitted to go around. The 2nd time, someone from 'security' came up. UNBUTTONED HIS SHIRT to show me his pacemaker scar then walked through to demonstrate that it is safe. Because I have a history of these machines interfering with my devices I requested to be patted down or scanned to avoid contact with my medical equipment. They refused - stating they weren't allowed to do this and we were told I could either go through the detector or leave. I was openly and publicly discriminated against due to my medical condition. I have traveled internationally and had less trouble entering a business. But Saracen Casino won't have to worry about me darkening their doors or spending my money there ever again. The casino is very nice. Food at Sports Bar was great. However, it was very difficult to get a seat at a blackjack table, or any gaming table for that matter. We arrived at 1pm on a Saturday, and they had two blackjack tables open (a $15 table and a $25 table), and due to COVID,could only allow 4 players per table. They had several people wanting to play, but it was a few hours before they opened more tables, but even later that night, they only had 5 or 6 tables open. I had heard this was an issue before we arrived. Left a bad taste in our mouth. We waited and ultimately never got a blackjack table and went to play poker. The dealers were most sociable and patient with a novice such as me. My fellow players I enjoyed during the hour and a half I remained with them. Even after I busted out some expected me to come back and play some more, but I maintain a fixed budget. I was anxious to use my player rewards on a slot machine somewhere I had a strong attraction to try, and so I played dollar slots and a row of nickle slots and cleared $750 before the end of the night. The Sports betting is not nearly on par with Southland in West Memphis and Oaklawn in Hot Springs. I hate that because the overall atmosphere is better than the others. They need more Kiosks for bettors and paper betting forms like the others hand out. Sadly, I will not return. I gave it my best effort but even though West Memphis and Hot Springs is a further drive for me...I cannot continue to go to Pine Bluff to make my wagers when I have to stand in line for more than 10 minutes or more to make my bets because they have only a few working betting stations.
