The village is gated, safe, and secured. I loved the location! We were able to check in a little early. The front desk employee was very kind and helpful. At one point in our trip, I accidentally locked us out of the room. She came to the rescue and reassured me it was no problem and it happens all the time! This is definitely an older building. My husband made a joke about the bedroom tv being a nursing home tv since it fit inside an armoire. I think they have made some renovations, but you can still see some vintage vibes. The only bad thing we noticed when we were there was that the dishwasher was falling out of the nook/wall. It was our last morning and I was going to load the dishwasher. Upon grabbing the dishwasher handle to open it, the dishwasher basically fell out of the nook. My husband had to help me push it back in and I ended up hand washing the dishes. We really enjoyed our vacation here and we still talk about our wonderful trip!

We were away from the road and it was so quiet. It was just nostalgic for us to stay in an older "motel" atmosphere that had been refurbished so nicely. The location is so convenient too. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to catch an early breakfast on Sunday morning at the cafe. It was fantastic.

We spent 3 nights in their lovely home and were treated like family. We had the smallest room, the Nook, which was more than adequate with a sleigh bed and large bathroom with a great view of the garden and gazebo in the back. We had a pot of coffee and cookies early each morning and a large, scrumptious breakfast at 8:30. The house is nestled at the foot of the Hot Springs National Park near the historic district so we were able to walk to town for sightseeing and hiking the trails. My husband Mike and I were in town for a destination wedding at the exquisite Garvon Gardens and just needed a place to stay for a few days. We are more than pleased with our choice to stay at Prospect Place and highly recommend it. Rooms are clean and tastefully decorated with antiques and the porch invites sitting with coffee in the morning. The whole atmosphere is homey and the rescue dogs in the back were a plus to us. Mike and Kelly actually made the B&B a highlight of our trip. We shall hopefully return.

I can't wait to come back in the spring when the weather is nice and sit on the porch or hang out in the backyard in the cute little gazebo. An added bonus is that it is very reasonably priced. Atfer the round was completed we stop back up to the culb house and the place almost all to ourselves. The buger was great and the staff was super friendly. A must play if you are in the area. 2nd day golfing Granada Forcast was scheduled for rain most of the mouring. The course is groudus long and wide. The problem we had was the grounds believe the forcast more than their on eyes. We had one small shower while warming up and sun the rest of the round. When we check in the sign stated 90 degree of the cart path. On the third hole the ground crew changed it to cart path only which was an issue with part of our team that have health issue and walking up and down hills is not good for them, so a couple of holes they did not play. Great couse would play it again but the rest of the group might have second thoughts if weather condition are ify. 3rd Day host course Diamante Great staff, they handle a women's social group and a kids training class all at the same time. The only issue again was food the course state it serve breakfast just to find out at does not start unitl 10am (our tee time was 10:04am) so no breakfast. Did I state they was about 200 kids and adults there before 9am. Had lunch at the turn and things were good. Had dinner at the club house that night. Was not impress Hawaii buffet only chicken,ribs, rice, patsa salad and pineapple cake. Downtown Hot Spring is in the middle of a remoudled, remains me of the Wisconsin dell area here in Wsiconsin. 4th book the Mulligan course before drive home, not much of a course compare to the other three we played, but again it was a flier. Not going to hold this the trip of the staff. Overall value Don't be afraid of the dispution of a studio apartment room are very spaces and the bath room Is large. If you don't want to share a bed with the person you are taken they is a couch or bring a air matress lots of room. Food limited the room has a microwave and wine fridge so maybe plan some breakfast sandwich if you are and early golfer. The room also come with a cart super golf cart which was more the enough to get you to each golf course. Food option are hard to find for outsiders so plan a head to make things easyier. Biggest question would I return and the answer is maybe driving 12 hours is not idea but the package was ideally.
