We stayed for three nights in a basic king bed room and the room was very comfortable, it was a little cramped and smaller than most hotel rooms I've been to. There was also no ceiling light and the bedside lamps didn't work because both plug ins were dead. There was various other lamps in the room, but it was just very dark. The fridge also didn't work, but the microwave did at least. The customer service is wonderful though, every time you walk in, there is people at the front desk to greet you and the people working breakfast have been nothing but helpful and kind! Breakfast can be a little boring, it's the most basic breakfast you can expect from a hotel. It could be worse, but isn't astounding either. The walls are thin, so you can hear the doors closing and opening in the hall and you can hear conversations in the hallways. It was clean though and room service comes by each morning if you don't put out your "Do Not Disturb" sign, so that was nice! We didnt have any problems with things not being clean. Main things were the thin walls, boring breakfast, and the dark room, but overall it was a very nice stay and it seemed like it was much nicer than a lot of other hotels in the area! read more
