They said I could wait to be seen, but I couldn't. Rescheduled for 11/12, then had to cancel due to a medical procedure. Called the day before, and was told I'd be charged $100.... for a practice that has never treated me. No empathy, no communication, no professionalism. They clearly care more about collecting fees than treating patients with basic respect. Save yourself the headache- go anywhere else.

When I questioned the necessity of paying for the same diagnostic images twice, the staff tried to "reassure" me by saying insurance covers them at 100%. This is incredibly misleading; even if covered, it still deducts from my annual insurance allotment, leaving less coverage for actual dental work later in the year. It felt like a blatant attempt to maximize billing rather than provide efficient patient care. Because of this lack of transparency and respect for my time and benefits, I have also canceled my daughter's upcoming appointment as well. I'll be taking our business to a practice that values integrity over redundant procedures. Lost 2 patients in less than 5 mins, and had the chance to win over a family of 7.
