Cahleigh, for the first time ever, was able to make our time out of town, completely relaxing. She came over to meet the kids about a week before we were going to leave, she spent about an hour getting the routines written down, she had an actual clipboard with a set of questions, that enabled her to make sure all needs were met. Her rates for overnight stays were completely reasonable, and honestly, with the amount of care given to our animals, she could justifiably charge much more. She sent updates, with pictures, several times a day, made sure we knew everything that had been going on from the moment we left town, to the moment she arrived at our place to take care of our family. She's nothing but professional, and even put our bed sheets in the washer, and washed out the dogs food and water bowls before leaving. She's absolutely magnificent with animals, and I know for a fact, we'll be asking her to come back again the next time we leave town.

He seemed very content there and I have no doubt he was cared for well. In reading other reviews, sure the place does smell like dogs are there but I could care less. What do you care about more...your dog being well cared for or the dog smell? I think it is an unrealistic expectation to hope that a dog boarding facility won't have a dog smell. I highly doubt the dogs mind. Great overall experience and very thankful my husband found this place.

My dog is an italian greyhound. She is a Velcro dog and needs human companionship regularly. They provide human playtime for her so she doesn't get lonely. They did this. Knowing she doesn't board well, and with the $$ I was paying, I asked to receive updates (daily) on her care. I had to email often to remind them about this. They emailed me 2x with pics. Overall, not what I wanted. Luna is a high maintenance dog, and changes such as boarding cause her high stress. She was pretty hoarse upon her return and had lost significant weight. She ate every meal but her pacing and anxiety didn't help. I don't have anything negative to say about this business, but for the care of my pets, I won't board them again because my dog just doesn't do well, even though my cats do enjoy their time away.
