The name is actually Saphir-Grenelle hotel, I think. It is our new favorite "budget" hotel in Paris, though I've noticed the prices have gone up quite a bit since our stay in 2013. Small, very clean rooms, we got two rooms for our family at almost the same price as a "quad" elsewhere. Tiny bathrooms, the obese should not stay here. The location is not where most choose to stay but is a perfectly nice, safe neighborhood away from the hub-bub and just a block from metro 6, 8 and 10. You can get anywhere in Paris in 15 -30 minutes. Walked to Passy, River Seine, Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Montparnasse. Rooms look just like the photos on the website, compact, tiny even, but with big windows, free wifi, mini-bar fridge, little flat screen tv and breakfast brought to the room. A hidden gem. No central air conditioning however, just a fan, and Paris can get very hot.
Also before arrival their email correspondence, reconfirmation, assurances etc were topnotch. Just remember, it's a budget hotel....don't expect too much. If you can find a good price by booking directly on their website, they include the breakfast in the rate.
