Most recently, we had them remove a very large tree limb that had fallen on the neighbour's roof (thank you freak September snowstorm), and then take the remainder of the tree out of our yard. This tree was at least 60 years old and MASSIVE. In less than three hours, they had completed the entire job without a bit of damage to the neighbour's roof, fence or property and opened up our yard beautifully, making way for some new landscaping projects in the spring. Extra effort was put into stacking the wood into a corner of our backyard, hauling away all the branches and sweeping up HUNDREDS of leaves. He arrived on time, his crew were well dressed, the truck and chipper were in excellent looking condition, and the entire job was completed in less than 1 hour, including a perfect clean up. You would never know that a tree had just been cut down and chipped - driveways, flowerbeds, walkways, sidewalk and street were completely cleaned after. I thanked each of the crew members (5 of them) for doing an excellent job, and each said to me, "thank you for the work" or "thank you for hiring us to do this job". When do you get people expressing being so grateful for being hired? Druze is a very proud owner of his business, and was working alongside the crew as a team member, doing many of the tasks they were all involved in.
