Do not use this company! We had them out to deal with some issues in our trees. Sadly, the trees…read morelook worse than before. It looks as though our trees were burnt from the fungicide and fertilizer they treated them with. Branches are dying and when we had them out to reassses, they blamed our neighbors for tor treating their yard incorrectly, however, none of our neighbors trees are suffering in the same way. I enjoyed speaking with the man who did the work on our trees. NOT the estimator or manager. Our neighbors had their trees pruned and I would never use them for pruning. I should have known when he was quoting me for fertilizing every shrub in the yard after I had told him, they are growing out of control. This is the first bad review I have ever left.

The person told me they could come out and trim, fertilize etc. I told them that if they could not be clear on the basic services i was looking for that I would call someone else. Right from the first contact via a returned phone call I…read moreknew I was in good hands with Sap Carly returned my call in less then an hour of request for help. city by law officer came bye with a complaint of my Mogo PINE branches encrowching on city sideway n a 21 day notice to correct issues after several attempts to reach my past fellas who i have had for years i gave up ; called sap .. Greg shows up within no time listens to my concerns time line etc, checked the problem an gave a very reasonable quote it did not stop there; Greg also contacted the city on my behalf with possible concerns of more issue other then just the the said offending pine. verification was made between Greg an city appointment was set tween Greg n myself an 2day he showed 2 mins before set time [ u don't c that often now a days ] completed the work in spite of the bitter cold, cleaned up 100 % had the bylaw officer come out verify job done got a thumbs up from city official an was on his way; being perfectly honest here folks; " i thought the days of people taking pride in their work, honest fair an competent " were a thing of days gone bye; I am pleased to declare SAP has restored my faith; there are good no 'great' companies still out there will i have sap back ABSOLUTELY will i recommend SAP 2 others ABSOLUTELY SAP is now my go to team for all my yard needs. thank you Carley an Greg.

We spent $10,000 to have a concrete patio poured among other things and we have so many cracks in our patio after the first winter. The grading was also incorrect and promise after promise was broken by the owner to come back and fix these mistakes.
