Due to its size, the machine squeaked through the gate with only a fraction of an inch to spare but it needed to turn a corner...and somehow Bryce patiently made it work by moving micro-inches for about 10 minutes so that the retaining wall was not damaged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more We hired them to dig us some straight four feet deep holes. We had about 16 holes that needed to be dug which we agreed would all be 4 feet deep, all for $150. A guy showed up, started digging some holes (about 6 were four feet deep) and then stopped digging the rest of the ten when he couldn't get past the rocks. Out of the six holes that he did dig, all are slanted. The rest of the ten that he couldn't dig looked like dirt had been scattered all over the place. When we disputed that we should have to pay the full price when barely have the job was done, he said he would fill up the 6 that he did dig back up. So we payed him the full price. After he left we also noticed that he also cracked our cement steps. We received terrible service from this company and will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

After trying other companies that weren't answering their phones, Daniel from 1 2 Tree Care Service answered the phone and said that he was available to help us later that day. He and Jordan were right on time and were very pleasant to work with. They took their time to cut the tree properly and brought it down safely without any damage to our house, fence or the neighbour's property.
