They give you a translation menu so that you know what you are ordering and give you plenty of time to make your selections. We have the octopus salad and it was amazing. The garlic shrimp were... okay. I little over cooked honestly. But the mussels were super tender with amazingly light flavored broth and the fried squid was very well cooked. Last Sunday, July 28, 2024, we went to this restaurant with a group of more than twenty people to celebrate a family event. We were served a horrible Valencian paella; it was super salty, the meat was conspicuous by its absence, and the rice was undercooked. One of the appetizers containing cod was extremly salty, and the size of the dessert was ridiculously small. For the price they charged us per serving of paella, that was a ripoff considering that many of us only got a tiny piece of meat. See the attached photo and you can see that the paella was all rice, and very little meat. Previously, about ten years ago, a large group of us also went to this same restaurant and the food was acceptable. What a shame that the owners of this restaurant have not maintained the quality they had years ago.

Longer if you are in the heart of Valencia, but it is worth it for the award winning paella and seafood. You are surrounded by rice paddies and you know it is a great local spot when there are other spanish folks and the servers speak a little english. Luckily the menu is in spanish and english. Service is great, nice and laid back, enjoy your food, don't rush through it style. The white wine sangria was delicious and refreshing. We had langostine and prawns and the special paella with iberico ham. Every grain of rice was very flavorfull! If you plan to take a taxi back, they staff are kind enough to call a taxi for you, keep in mind it will take 30-40min for the taxi to get to the restaurant. Your alternative option is to take the #24 bus at the center of town back to Valencia which leaves once per hour, check apple or google maps for the time.
