To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. I live in an apartment and didn't have a water hookup for a power washer, but he still made it work with the tools he had. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well. I actually used this company last year under a different name but was happy to receive a text in early November letting me know of their name change and asking me if I wanted holiday lights installed again this year. I have the lights so all they do for me is put up and take down. I was happy with the level of communication this year and I will use them again next year. They let me know that they also do the following services: Window cleaning inside and outside, gutter cleaning, pressure washing home, deck, patio, driveway, garage, fence wash and stained. They probably looked at my gutters while installing the lights and said oh yes she needs other services lol. Everything was done safely and I paid through Venmo. I left my bin of lights on the porch when they were coming to put up and left the empty bin on the porch when they came to take down.
