As a beginner yogi, I am always wanting feedback on my form, and I appreciated that the instructors would stay after and answer any questions I had and also give me additional feedback. However, my latest experience after the 30 day trial wasn't the best, and I don't think I'll be returning. I attended my first aerial level 2 class, and I felt like a burden the entire time. It appeared that everyone was already well bonded--which was fine, but there wasn't much explanation behind any of the poses, and it was expected that I know poses that were completely foreign coming from level one. This was really discouraging, and I know I have a lot of room for growth in my practice, but I'd rather do it in a space where I feel comfortable with where I am in my practice.

Gym time is the bright spot in my day because Wayne and Lindsay, the owners, take such pride in what they do every single day. Especially for $26 a class I expect to have space. Not show up and have to ask people to squeeze together their mats because there doesn't seem to be room for us even though we booked in advance? Also it seems that many people crammed in a room like that has to be against fire code. It is really frustrating that it seems they don't manage the amount of people who sign up for the classes or put a cap on it. Like we easily couldn't not had a spot and we signed up/paid in advance. Please Hot Yoga put a lower cap on classes so we can better enjoy the experience!
