Very professional and fair. We were thoroughly walked through every step of the claims process and…read morethings went smoother than I could have imagined. The issue: The insurance company's assessment of damages didn't align with what I had seen first-hand. For context, we had two VERY LARGE trees fall on our home during hurricane Irma. I personally (with the help of friends and family) cut down and removed the debris from the trees. The roof damage was very clearly substantial. This leads me to believe that their adjuster never even went on the roof, even after being told that's where the bulk of the damage was. The solution: Reach out to a third party adjuster to obtain a second opinion. After some research and calling around, we landed on All Pro Claims Adjuster as Gio and team were more than happy to talk with us and answer our questions as thoroughly as possible. The verdict: We were able to perform a full repair/replacement of our roof even after the insurance company's own adjuster denied (more like didn't even bother to properly check) there was any damage. The insurance's adjuster basically told us there are minimal damages and advised us against filing a claim as the amount we'd receive wouldn't even cover the damages. TLDR; Don't take the insurance company's word. They will try to save money wherever possible, even if there's legitimate damages for a proper claim. Save yourself the time and headache and contact All Pro Claims directly from the start. I have no doubt they will be able to help you out! Great communication from Gio and his team. I cannot recommend them enough!

Then the insurances adjuster came out. It seemed that we had to call him to find what happening. It was always an excuse as to why he was not working on our case. We got fed up with him and called the home office. The person who answered stated that the insurance did not have the pictures the restore team took. Um, the adjuster verified he got them. We were told they sent in the proposal for repairing our house. But a week later we had to call them since they are not good at getting back to people. People who are paying them and work for us basically. We have had to call them since they never call us. Two weeks ago was the last time we have heard from them. Personally I am very concerned about ghis company. They never call you and when you call them it is always some excuse. But after nit calling them for 2 weeks show how unreliable the company is. When you put your trust in an adjuster and company to look out for you, against the big insurance company and they are just as bad if not worse. This company would get no stars and a huge flashing light saying "Go Elsewhere"

He is a con artist who took my money and walk away without finishing the job. I hired him for a complete renovation of the house I bought. He was recommended to me by my realtor. After a year of working on an off, working a few hours a week, stopping for 2 weeks and asking for more money in between or he wouldn't continue, telling me if I didn't give him more money it meant I fired him, I finally realized this would go on forever. I'm embarrassed it took me so long, but I had giving him so much money already and being the con artist he is he always convinced me that this was the last time he asked for money and he would be finished right away. Of course they were lies. He did the same thing to another couple in my community and I also found a review online from some else that went through the same thing with him. I sue him and won! I hope nobody goes through what I went. Don't hire him for anything!!

From our very first conversation, Willy took the time to actually listen. He walked me through every step, explained things in plain English, and never once made me feel like just another file on his desk. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he represents, not just the paperwork. His knowledge of the claims process is seriously impressive, and he caught details in my policy that I never would have noticed on my own. Willy's team is just as sharp and responsive as he is. Every call was returned promptly, every question answered thoroughly, and every update delivered without me having to chase anyone down. They handled the back-and-forth with the insurance company so I didn't have to, and the difference in my settlement compared to what the insurance company initially offered was night and day. What really stood out was the honesty. Willy set realistic expectations from day one and then exceeded them. No pressure, no sales pitch, just straightforward advocacy from a team that clearly knows what they're doing. If you're on the fence about hiring a public adjuster, stop scrolling and call Foremost. Willy and his team took a stressful situation and turned it into a smooth, fair outcome. I'll be recommending them to every friend, family member, and neighbor who ever finds themselves in the same spot. Five stars isn't enough.

He was our GO To person the entire way, assuring us of the process. he gained our trust and confidence and was here for us throughout the process. Brianna was such a help along the way. When settlement came about, she explained the breakdown from an invoice point of view and said it would then be turned over to checking. We received a call from Jo Pinto from checking and she was very thorough explaining the next steps making sure we fully understood and and were comfortable with the process. She copied us on all documents. We told Jo that we couldn't have done this without Farrell gaining our trust for the whole process. No I don't recommend Stellar. Their best attribute is ignoring and misrepresenting both their…read moreavailability and the estimates they present to the insurance company, severely inflating the costs proudly so many employees boast to be sure they get you plenty of money. In reality it's to line their pockets because the customer is an inconvenience. Must be because they don't answer the phone, respond to email questions and if they do it's snarky, with industry jargon and leaving you with more questions. Note misrepresentation of the damages and expenses is defrauding the insurance co and in violation of FL Statute 817.234. By FL Statute and the contract they are to have the estimate of damages to the customer within 60 days of signing yet it took them 124 days and that was with repeated calls and emails to the 3rd adjuster. The first 2 quit before they ever began any work nor talked with me which explains the disorganization and having to resend invoices and other documents repeatedly. Again no response from the owner. They don't consult as per the contract and as they advertise, with you prior to hiring the Umpire to discuss the cost, which was double what they told me at the initial meeting and what is in their contract. They don't represent you during appraisal meetings at your home with the insurance or with the Umpire nor does the Stellar adjuster show up pre-Umpire negotiations to preview damages all of which is stated in the contract 'we will always represent you at all meetings with opposing appraiser...' Get the pattern? Gets worse. They hired the mold testing co 3 hours from my home so I had to pay a $250 travel charge. Plus, the fee was 3 X the industry standard! There are hundreds of very reputable and certified experts in mold testing between Miami and Sarasota, FL that charge $650 and don't charge a travel fee. There also was a significant discrepancy in the tester's statements at my home regarding not seeing ANY visible signs of mold and not expecting much to come back on testing the swabs given all was dry on the surface. When the report came back I was not notified yet there was supposedly now VISIBLE signs of mold observed and the 3 most dangerous types of mold in dangerously high concentrations in both the master bedroom and the garage. Interesting I never received an urgent call to GET OUT OF THE HOUSE ASAP, nor did any movement occur on my claim. Much later I was emailed this report and again the email didn't point out the danger or to contact them as in all their advertising materials if mold this dangerous was found. Later I had a mold test conducted too. Suspect how it differed so greatly. In addition, the owner and 4th adjuster at Stellar to work my claim violated yet a 3rd Statute in FL 468.8419 by hiring this same company to both test for mold AND perform the mold remediation(clean-up.) Again without contacting me to get authorization especially given it is illegal. Huge conflict of interest. Not only did the owner of Stellar hire this mold co but he negotiated with the Umpire for payment for the test and the remediation months ago. No work has even been performed. I was not even informed any progress had been made with the settlement of my claim nor did any other funds get released until 2 months later than the owner got these guys paid for something they didn't and can't do! I can't help but question the connection between these 2 companies. So many errors were made by Stellar and violations of statutes and our contract. Yet this owner hides behind the wall of being an attorney, a FL Court Mediator, an Umpire himself, an owner of an Adjustment Co, and sits on the FL State Law Board of Ethics. He finds pleasure in taunting you with not responding to questions but telling you to have your attorney call him. As if paying him to do the job of helping me process the claim against my insurance for 10% of everything isn't enough cost to me on top of all the expenses but now this owner pushes for me to hire my atty to talk to him so he can drive the cost to me up mores . He just ignores at every stage no matter what the accounting dept states. 'The adjuster will be in touch soon to go over the details.' Never happens! So the owner is holding the settlement check hostage because he wants access to my checking account to be paid. He won't respond about taking a cashiers check from my bank of 20 years. Who would trust this co after all this with cart Blanche to their bank account? Stellar Public Adjusting lacks ethics, integrity and human decency to interact and serve those they enter into a legally binding contract with. From all that has transpired I can only conclude that Rami the owner of Stellar could care less if they break the contract nor any Statutes as long as they make themselves money.
