He was able to do a quick fix and later came back to do the repipping. It's been well over a year and I've have no issues. The most recent job he did for my home was my upstairs toilets. Both upstairs toilets were badly leeking from the base/pedestals. I shot Baldo a text and he responded right away. It was late in the evening so we decided for him to come in the morning. I had to work the next day but my fiance was there to work with Baldo. Again, the work was done timely, properly and efficient. I read some of the comments below and what people fail to realize is that this is not a commercial company. This is a handyman service, not Roter Rooter. He has a small staff yes, but they do great, reliable work. As far as the cost, I believe the prices are fair for the services. Who wouldn't pay for a job well done? Thank you Baldo for your affordable, reliable service. Always my go to guy!

Baldo explained everything to me and showed me how bad it was. He adjusted his schedule to make sure that everything would be just fine after that. He is a classic example of the saying, good things come to those who wait. Final update: (Sept 11, 2017) I paid in full with a promise by Ricardo that he will put in the floorboards in the coming week. It has been more than 6 weeks and I am still waiting. My advice is DO NOT PAY IN FULL until they complete the whole job. Dropping another star for this.

(Which is great, considering that when I hunting around for other plumbing companies, I was getting quoted for less than $350, of which the plumber first had to come for a consultation, then book a separate date to actually do the work). I made an appointment with Emilio and Awesome Rooter & Plumbing a few days in advance. Emilio arrived 10 minutes early. He had shoe covers and was very prepared. I thought I was only going to get a quote, but Emilio brought along his handheld drill-based drain snake. Emilio took a look at my clogged drain for 5 minutes, suggested we use his snake. They primarily do commercial work, and it shows in their no-nonsense, high-standard approach. Their pricing wasn't the lowest, but it was very fair, especially for the quality of work and professionalism they delivered. They had no hesitation pulling permits for all their work and didn't treat it as a costly add-on like some other companies. It's clear their standard of work already exceeds permit requirements, so there was no need to inflate costs just to meet code. We ran into two unexpected scope changes that couldn't have been known ahead of time. Prime Pipe handled both transparently and fairly, without price gouging or surprise markups. They also suggested a couple of optional upgrades, like running a gas line for the BBQ while the trench was open. There was no pressure at all, and the pricing was more than reasonable. We're glad we said yes. Their attention to detail was phenomenal: clean and level pipe runs, matching hose bibs, a perfectly aligned gas meter, .... You can tell James takes real pride in his work. We'd absolutely hire them again. P.S. The TAC/MAC system has been performing far beyond our expectations in terms of scale reduction. We're happy we didn't go with a high-maintenance salt-based (ion exchange) water softener.
