Bedside manners are terrible. Try to get consistent refills of prescriptions; forget about it. They will only refer you to other WellMed practitioners. They dropped my wife because she wasn't sixty-five, and she had been going to the practice for over 25 yrs. Find another quality primary care office; this isn't for you

I first saw the NP and while I was with her, she smiled and actually listened to me and we had a real conversation which, I appreciated that. The ladies at the front desk are all smiling and made me feel at ease filling out the paperwork and checking out to make my next appointment! Getting a appointment is not a problem at all. It's easy to get seen even as a Nee patient which is great! What really got me was I could make my follow up with the NP or, with the One of the Drs!!!! What? He is a highly sought after internist, the office is very very busy, that being said he will take time with you when needed. Not sure if they are taking new patients, but if you're lucky enough to get in, don't lose your spot! He helped me control my eating habits and screened me for cardio vascular disease. If you're looking for a drive thru Doc that has too much time on their hands go to BayCare or Orlando Health. This is a Mom and Pop office, not a corporate, run of the mill practice. I was driving when this attack occurred and had to rush home. In restrospect I was having a clear case of anaphylaxis. My son called the doctor's office and spoke with one of the specialists. Any decent health organization would have followed up. After all, anaphylaxis kills. Nothing. No phone call; no concern. I could have died. No big deal to him. I want a doctor to keep me alive; not kill me . Needless to say, I switched doctors. This guy is just in it for the money.

Dr Sheets interferes with Dr Shucks patients calling them when he is not their doctor and telling them how they are living their lives wrong. Too bad Dr Shuck did this, he is losing patients, because Dr Sheets is an A******. To bad he did this and must live with the consequences of Dr Sheets.

They scheduled an appointment with a speech pathologist, which surprised me because I have a long-lasting cough and congestion but no issues with speech. I met with Delin. She was professional, thorough and her easy-going and friendly manner put me at ease immediately. She performed a minimally invasive procedure with a probe in my throat which was uncomfortable, but she made it as fast, painless and efficient as possible, offering encouragement and support. I found her very thorough, and willing to listen to my symptoms and concerns and address them. Equally important, she was kind, understanding, sympathetic and personable. She asked questions and listened to my responses, seeking more information and deeper understanding. As I've started to age and accumulate more health conditions, I've seen more and more doctors and specialists, many of whom are dismissive, uncaring and even rude. My visit with Delin was one of the best, for the reasons above. Highly recommend. Thank you, Delin!

Tried calling twice this week and sat on hold for 10 minutes before being allowed to leave a voicemail and still no one gets back to you. Was trying to get in with Dr. Green as my primary referred me, but I'll gladly take my insurance and money elsewhere where I can actually get in and they actually have staff to schedule appointments.

I came back and I was given another injection which was painful as I felt no relief from an anesthesic. I asked the doctor what was nect. Her assistant said "No pokes" She said next I'd be getting an oblation. I tried to speak with the doctor about what was happening with no luck. All was very strange. I cancelled all future appointments but kept getting a referral from, I guess, the oblation doctor. Obviously, this doctor does little talking. Doctor showed little emotion, even when I was screaming from the second injection.
