They are not even listed at the address with google maps, so this is not a real *business* I gave my flight info, date and time of arrival a couple days in advance to confirm to driver the arrival in a couple days. On the night of our arrival, the driver messages back to me that he is on another errand and will be there to pick us up as soon as he is done, should not take long. The driver was not there, we had to wait 45 min outside for his arrival, 47 min if you want to be technical about it. 7:30 we are outside, and 8:17 he arrives, eventually. I told the *owner* I wanted something more special than UBER, so I was contacting him to get a personal pick up, WRONG DECISION The car was a YARIS, and it had a HUGE wet stain in it and it was filthy. I was skeeved the whole drive. We should have called an uber. It was the WORST experience ever, I would NOT recommend this service, they took the cash and I am sure they did not even report it to the govt. *shrug* Buyer beware, do not use this service. I had seen and heard so many recommendations of Scroggins Transport Service on social media and from acquaintances, I was glad he was available. Jason is that great combination of professional and friendly. As I approached his car, he immediately jumped out to help me in case my vision was at all impaired. I could actually see well enough not to be wobbly, but I appreciated his concern and actions. He drove me to the appointment, waited for me, and then drove me home. We had great conversations each way, and the price was actually more affordable than had I booked a separate Uber each way. The car was beautifully maintained, the ride was smooth, the communication setting up the appointment and letting me know he was on the way were all perfect. I told Jason I had been keeping an eye on his ads and social media posts for a while, knowing I was reaching a phase of life where family was no longer close by, and friends were not always available to help out with transportation if I couldn't drive myself. Of the many local drivers I've seen recommended on social media, I was impressed that Jason is open to driving clients to medical appointments and social events, not just airport destinations. It is important to me that Jason has commercial insurance and this is his full-time business -- many drivers are not as appropriately insured and may only be driving as a side gig. I honestly feel like a burden has been lifted off of me, knowing that I can turn to Jason for future medical or other appointments. Had he been in business when I was driving my elderly parents to doctors' appointments several times a week, I would have eagerly booked him for a few of those visits, knowing that my parents would have been given the assistance and caring attitude that Jason offers. I had to change my ticket last minute twice and the day prior once due to a family member in the ER. It was so easy to WhatsApp them about it and they were so kind in accommodating the last minute changes! Changing online the day prior was super easy too. Our driver Frank was so funny and nice and the snacks and water were a nice touch. I will forever be grateful to ReLaxSan for being so helpful during a difficult time.
