I've lived in this park for 20 years I grew up here decided to start my own family here. But the…read moreonly helpfulness ot kindness tou will find here are the people selling you a house once you sign your a demand to them. I was promised 7000$ worth of appliances when they set up my brand new trailer this consisted of a cheap oven and refrigerator probably 1500$ and what you would expect from a new house. Now the really bad they have let the sewer lines rot to the point where it poisoned the land around my house they will damage your house promise to fix it then call it your fault please do not live here or if you do buy a used trailer through a retailer the management here veiws it's residents as no longer worth attending to after they get you to sign the lease

As someone who has lived in the Park for 5 years, I would advise that you stay away!! The rumor is…read morethat they are kind, but I will tell you that this is only if you are a renter and are never late. As individuals who own their homes, they are always nice to your face. This said, they have a tendency to make a plan with you, and then completely disregard it. Make a recording of all interactions you make with the management staff!! If you own your home outright in the park, they do whatever they can to make you pay for things or to stress you out. We came in and bought our home from another owner, and the new park ownership is requiring us to pay for things like lava rock removal and the removal of trees out of our lot that cause sewer issues which we were not entitled to do when we first moved in according to our contract. We are currently working to get out of here, but we will also be required to pay to pay a 30-day notice fee before we take our home out of the park ($395). Also.. be aware that they nickel and dime you for everything, including snow removal during the winter when roads are bad (an extra $42 on our monthly lot rent that we did not agree to) You also have to pay an extra fee for permits to place a fence or a fee to place a new roof (we had to get a $72 permit to place a new roof on the home we own last July). The park is also a little scary if you have young children. We are unable to keep kids bikes outside of our shed and they roam your yard as they want and produce a fee for whatever they would like. My husband recieved a fee for changing the oil on our vehicle in our driveway last month. The cops are constantly there on the weekend because of teenagers who are selling drugs or causing other issues on the weekends. We have had bikes and tools stolen as well as vehicles broken into. Security is not great. If you are a young individual who has no needs or concerns and can afford to rent/buy a home in the park along with a $750 lot rent/month, it is a good deal. If you have a family, I would look elsewhere! The neighbors are fantastic!! The families are fantastic!! But management can be rough. I am nervous that they will see this review and we will get lashback, but I am trying to be honest!

ZERO STARS!! Don't let the green grass fool you people! As…read moreyou will quickly learn after moving here, it's the worst place to live on the planet!! The rule enforcement signs all over the park are just for show. There are no rules or regulations. When you first move in, the application process is pretty strict so you assume the people that live here have been fully vetted, NOPE! People park where ever the hell they want, let their animals run loose, don't clean up their dogs shit, very noisy, play really loud music, speed through the speedbumps, do drugs in plain view of everyone, there is no clubhouse like the website says, the pool is always closed, and the water is always getting shut off without notice and for extended periods of time. The police are always here due to theft, drug use, and vandalism. I do not allow my family to visit or sleepover because it's so unsafe. Some residents do not leave their homes without carrying a pistol, even if it's just to check your mail. It's like an episode of The Walking Dead around due to all the junkies & crackheads. The management company has no presence here whatsoever. The management company is the most incompetent, brainless, and unprofessional management company you will ever encounter. The staff have a vocabulary span of like 20 words, Not Kidding! They never take any action when needed, they never answer the phone or respond to emails, love to pass the buck, will tell you how "busy" they are, always on "vacation", I have also been singled out and harassed; and trying to contact someone at their corporate office is next to impossible. They made me submit applications for my kids in college because I mentioned they will be here during holidays and breaks. But, the drug addicts have people coming and going all times of the day and night, renting rooms and corners to other drug addicts and don't have to complete applications. I have found needles, baggies, and other remnants of drug use in my yard and on the road. If you notify the management company, they tell you to call the police but if you call the police, the police will tell you to call the management company. It's ridiculous! Don't move here!!!

To whom it may concern: My story of this very unpleasant…read moreexperience Throughout these years that my husband and I were visiting his Mom (unit 65), I have never had the interest to go to the pool area. Usually, it would be my husband or his sister that would take our kids to the pool area at the time that was allowed, which is from 10 am-noon and 3 pm-4 pm. There was never a problem with that before. Now, this time, I decided to take my kids myself to the pool area and get some sun myself. We came here a bit earlier than 3 pm; there was no one in the pool area at all. It was empty. I honestly don't remember how much earlier, but thinking maybe about 15-20 minutes earlier. Around 3 pm a man came in from (unit 98) and started asking me questions such as: 1. Who are you visiting? ( I told him the name of my mother in law) 2. What unit number? ( I told him that I honestly don't know, but pointed out with my finger and said that I was visiting Janice MacLaine) 3. Do you live here? (I said no, I am just visiting) 4. Do you know that we have rules here and that your tenant must accompany you? (I said that was never an issue before and that my mother in law disable and cannot be here) The man said that he has no problems with me and that he just wanted me to know their rules. I said Ok. He left. Few more people came in with one kid for a little bit, and after about 30 minutes they left. I was lying on my stomach. Right at 4 pm, a lady came in (tenant unit 98) with an angry face, thin and shaky lips. She squatted down and started telling me that I am not allowed to be there without being supervised by the tenant I was visiting. I was trying to explain to her that this would be impossible because my mother in law is disabled and that this was never an issue before. She did not want to hear me and got very angry with me and called me "a bitch" in front of my kids. I told her that she was insulting and rude. She got up and starts yelling and calling for the manager. I was still laying on my stomach feeling a bit funny (a bit sick). I could not understand if I had too much sun or that I got very stressed out by this encounter. My vision in my eyes started to pulsate like it was too much light in my eyes and I needed some time to calm down before I could get up. I am pregnant six weeks and begin to worry that this stress might trigger a miscarriage, so I was trying to stay as calm as I could. The manager came in in seconds like he was standing right there waiting for his turn. I had no time to act, so I was still lying on my stomach facing the phone. He starts yelling "Mam, mam, mam, you need to get out of the pool area! You are not allowed to be here! Get out! Get out! Get out I said! I am the manager of this property, and you need to get out!" He got very close to me physically; I looked at him and tried to tell him that this was not an issue before with my husband or his sister. He pointed out the rules that were hanging on the wall across the pool and said: "we have rules and you are not allowed to be here!" I looked at my phone, and it was just 9 minutes past 4 pm. I was trying to explain to him that it is only 9 minutes past 4 pm, which means that they start harassing me and kicking me out from the pool area exactly at 4 pm. I begin feeling sick to my stomach, worrying about my pregnancy and that something was going on with my vision, still lying on my stomach trying to calm myself down. I was afraid that they might get physical with me, because their body language, loud voices, and facial expressions were demonstrating abuse and desire to be violent towards me. He threatened to call the cops on me. Shocked and traumatized, I packed my stuff, took my kids and went home to the (unit 65). I told what happened to my husband. I am filing a formal complaint to Washington State Human Rights Commission.
