To clarify, the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because yes the set up was beautiful and we had no problem with the guys that came to physically put up the rental tents. They were great, they worked really hard, this is not about them. This is specifically towards Darlene, the company coordinator/manager/owner. Darlene was quick to respond when it came to taking your money. But after the payment was made, she went MIA. She wouldn't answer several calls and texts for days. "Sorry we are really busy", no that's no excuse to not be available to a paid client especially when there are issues/questions. The day before the event, instead of showing face and apologizing for the bad communication she sends her young attitude-filled teenage daughter instead to coordinate the guys setting up. We paid for the tents with fabric, wedding chairs, table runners etc and guess what? The wedding chair cushions were DIRTY. I bring this to the attention of Darlene's daughter and she very dismissively says, "I'll bring some more tomorrow". Fine, as long as they are replaced. Darlene's daughter leaves before the set up is complete, and we realize that they did not bring the table runners. We call and text Miss teenage attitude, no answer. The set up guys claim "maybe this fabric left behind is supposed to be the table runner", but after inspecting it we realize the dirty and torn fabric is actually for the tents not the tables. Again, tried to contact Darlene to advise her that our items are missing. No answer. She finally calls the day of the wedding and claims the fabric is the table runner. No it isn't! The fabric was clearly for the tents not the tables. And she says they will not be coming back to replace the dirty seat cushions. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! She did reimburse for the missing/dirty items but that doesn't change the fact that the items were delivered like that, terrible service and that the communication was almost zero. You can imagine how this made the bride feel on her big day. I do NOT recommend this company, they will give you a headache, stress, anxiety over bad communication and deliver dirty items.. or just not deliver some items altogether! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

My daughter paid for 50 chairs and had a specific date and time scheduled to pick them up. When she arrived, the business was closed. After I contacted them, we were told to come back because someone would be there. She drove 25 minutes back, and once again, the business was closed. She called several times but no one answered. I understand that BeDazzle's policy is that payments are non-refundable. However, because the business was closed during our scheduled pickup, the owner agreed to make an exception and refund the money. Unfortunately, we never received the refund. About a month to a few weeks before my wedding, Rebecca created a handbook, listing out every little detail of our wedding - even details that I didn't even think about. This really showed me her expertise in wedding planning. She made sure all our vendors knew where and when to set up, and this is so important because if you don't have a coordinator then the vendors will call you. On the day of my wedding, there was always someone from her team that was with me and my husband while the others made sure everything was in order. I even had a guest that showed up without RSVP-ing and Rebecca took care of that. I really got to enjoy my wedding without having to worry about anything. What really pushed me to finally write one was because I had a bad experience with another wedding planner where I was a bridesmaid for. We knew from the moment that we met Eulina that she was the one we wanted to work with. Our wedding was a sort of traveling affair, with two different locations for the ceremony and reception, and a trolley tour of the city in between for the happy hour. So we were dealing with a lot of independent vendors, and a LOT of moving pieces. Eulina was a LIFESAVER. We did a lot of the general leg work and heavy lifting ourselves, but Eulina was a true professional and really pulled it all together for us in the 30 days leading up to our wedding when we were really feeling a little crazy! She would check in with us weekly, sat down with us for an hour and a half over the phone one evening to put together our day of timeline, kept us on top of deadlines, and helped us make decisions we didn't even know we would need to make! She was also really helpful in dealing with our other vendors -- giving us guidance on points we needed to clarify with them, or going directly to them if needed. The day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to her. Any little hiccups that happened throughout the day, we never knew about them until weeks later because she took care of them before I heard anything about it! For example, we had rented a couple of trolleys to take our guests on a tour of the city between the ceremony and reception, and two of our guests were accidentally left behind. Before anyone even knew what was happening, Eulina was on the phone with the trolley driver, and he was turning around to pick them up! Just one example of how Eulina gets things done and makes stuff happen! It was truly a pleasure working with her.
