I tell him a Philly with everything on it and as I'm walking away I here him cursing in the kitchen about it. They throw my hairy food away, and remake the food with no fried pickles so I ask if I can get the fried pickles I paid for. Then as I'm walking away again the chef says "what the fuck is this guys problem". All I wanted was food with no hair in it and the chef made it a horrible experience just for doing the job he is supposed to. They also only had like 3 customers so it wasn't like it was busy. Regret getting food from that court don't recommend if the chef with glasses, and piercings is working. Just to add in I highly recommend the cave tours and the park overall just don't go to the food court.

The place is massive and worth the price. I ordered tickets online a few weeks prior just in case, but as we arrived, there were no lines to get in. They have designated dog days, which was so fun. During these days, dogs are able to roam the park as well. We came around the time where it was very humid and hot and they have fans with Miss blowers everywhere which was nice. I was able to feed the giraffes for a dollar for a bunch of lettuce. Please continue to support the Cheyenne Mountain zoo. This place is amazing and it looks like they are also continuing to expand as well. There was a lot of construction, but it is very well kept!

I will say that the gift shop gave off Jurassic Park visitor center vibes! It's like they brought the feel of the movie to life and did it so well! The gondola ride is worth the little bit of extra money although there's not much to do once you're at the top. Keep in mind, throughout the visit you will be walking uphill and then back down so definitely wear a comfortable pair of shoes. Leave the heels and dress shoes at home! We certainly saw many animals and learned a lot. I'd like to return at some point just take time and read up about everything. Still, even with kids in tow it was a great experience for all!

The safety on the course was exceptional and it's laid out in such a way as to avoid long lines and back ups which is nice. I would highly recommend adding this activity to any visit to the area. We'll be back.

Our first visit to Great Wolf Lodge will definitely be our last. To be fair, the resort looks great…read moreand most of the staff are perfectly nice. However, the constant upcharging ruins the vacation vibe. You are nickel-and-dimed for absolutely everything, from overpriced meals to a steep $20 nightly parking fee. The worst part is their bizarre, locked soda fountain system. You have to scan your cup, which triggers a strict 20-second countdown to pour a limited number of ounces--with zero free refills. Even local amusement parks handle drink tracking more gracefully with annual cup designs. The stingy system feels completely out of touch with a premium family resort. Our stay on the 6th floor was highly uncomfortable due to excessive nighttime temperatures. Although maintenance attended to our room, the issue was barely resolved, and the room remained far too hot.During the service call, we overheard multiple radio dispatches indicating this was a building-wide issue rather than an isolated incident. An employee requested a central adjustment for either the floor or the entire lodge, but the technician confirmed that no such system control exists.Management needs to address these systemic HVAC limitations immediately. Additionally, elevator wait times were consistently excessive throughout our stay.

Very nice place to visit! I went there once almost 30 years ago, and the visit has remained one of…read moremy favorite memories about Colorado. So much has changed compared to today! The waterfall is still beautiful though! As mentioned in other reviews, I would highly recommend making your reservation online before your visit. Try to get the earliest time slot available. Also, wear good walking shoes and bring enough water! It seems like the way you get to Seven Falls has changed quite a bit. I don't remember having to park downhill and take a shuttle to the entrance. The walk to the waterfall, although still beautiful, also feels narrower and more developed than I remember. There are more walkways and structures along the way, which make the experience feel a little more tourist-oriented, or, as I kept thinking, a little "Disneyfied." It's still a beautiful walk, but perhaps not quite as natural or rustic as I remember it from 30 years ago. We went on a Sunday morning in September, and the weather was beautiful. We arrived shortly after 9 a.m. and had no trouble finding parking. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for the next shuttle. If you purchased your tickets ahead of time, they simply scan them while you're waiting in line, so the process was very quick. The shuttle drops you off by the big fence. From there, you walk to the waterfall. It is an uphill walk, but not too steep, and the walkway follows alongside a beautiful stream. Along the way, there is a tunnel you can walk through, with an elevator at the end that takes you to a viewpoint and gift shop. There is also a staircase outside the tunnel that takes you to the same place. You can take the elevator back down or choose to use the stairs. After some more walking, you reach the waterfall. There is a seating area at the bottom where you can relax and enjoy the view. There are 224 stairs to climb if you want to get to the top of the waterfall, but that part is optional. You can admire the waterfall from the bottom. The stairs to the top are definitely tiring! Use the handrails whenever you can, and don't hesitate to stop and rest if you need to. Once you reach the top, there are two trails you can take for further exploration--one is shorter (20 min. round trip) and the other is longer (40 min.). There are signs to guide you. All of the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Seven Falls started out with a semi-short shuttle ride to the actual scenery. From there, it just got more amazing. I understand how the steps could be strenuous for many, and it definitely wasn't easy, but a little stop to catch your breath is provided about midway through. I saw a couple people who didn't feel up to finishing the steps stopping at the rest point, taking some photos, and coming back down. The views were still stunning from that height. Heck, they're stunning from any height or viewpoint. There was also a little shop with delicious popsicles located before the steps. Clean bathrooms along the way as well. It all just seemed very well-thought-out. This was also partially due to the employees, who were all very helpful and pleasant. To put it simply, Seven Falls has it all-it's beautiful, clean, and unique. Amazing in every aspect, stunning from every angle. I felt immersed in the mountainscape from the first step out of that shuttle.

Fun Alpine Slide, but poor communication, long waits, and very poor value…read more I visited Epic Discovery at Breckenridge with my two boys on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. The gondola from town was great, and the Alpine Slide itself was fun once we finally got to do it. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating and did not feel worth the price. The biggest issue was communication. When we got off the gondola at Peak 8, there were employees around, but nobody greeted us or explained where to go. We walked to the Alpine Slide line, waited, and only when we reached the front were told we needed wristbands first. We then had to find the ticketing area, where it was not obvious that we first needed to complete a paper waiver before buying tickets. We bought three-activity wristbands for about $72 per person. After that, we waited again for the Alpine Slide. One of my sons met the height requirement and was wearing closed-toe, closed-heel rubber shoes because of a recent foot injury. Two employees initially tried to tell us the shoes were not allowed, even though they met the posted closed-toe requirement. A supervisor eventually confirmed they were acceptable, but it was frustrating and unnecessary. The chairlift to the top was extremely slow, and once we got there we discovered that only one of the three Alpine Slide tracks was operating. Nobody told us that before we bought tickets, got in line, or boarded the lift. The wait at the top was long, hot, and mostly unshaded, with no water and very little communication. The boys enjoyed the actual Alpine Slide and wanted to ride again, but when we got back down and tried to re-enter the line, we were told it was closing early because of work/surveying being done on the slide. Again, nobody had disclosed that earlier. We then tried to use the wristbands for another activity, but the remaining lines were also long, hot, and unshaded, so we left. For roughly $72 per person, we realistically got one Alpine Slide ride. The activity itself was fun, but the operations, signage, staff communication, and value were disappointing. Breckenridge is priced like a premium experience, but this did not feel like one. I would not recommend Epic Discovery based on this visit.
