When they finally came out the day before the two guys climbed on our roof without any safety equipment. An hour later one of them slipped but managed to avoid a fall by grabbing and breaking a gutter. We were lucky it wasn't a two story fall. He's lucky. This year we got an earlier start but called around and found cltelfs. A few emails and a short visit by the owner we sent the deposit over and a week later their crew arrived as promised. They also had a gigantic lift and safety gear, wow professionals! We normally don't fill out reviews but these guys deserve the best rating by far compared to the guys last year!

Chris was very aloof and not professional at all. After going back and forth I decided that this was not the company for us. If we had a service issue with our lights were we going to have an issue with receiving service? The sales manager Josh did call and tried to explain why this Chris guy was rude, vague and aloof.
