When they finally came out the day before the two guys climbed on our roof without any safety equipment. An hour later one of them slipped but managed to avoid a fall by grabbing and breaking a gutter. We were lucky it wasn't a two story fall. He's lucky. This year we got an earlier start but called around and found cltelfs. A few emails and a short visit by the owner we sent the deposit over and a week later their crew arrived as promised. They also had a gigantic lift and safety gear, wow professionals! We normally don't fill out reviews but these guys deserve the best rating by far compared to the guys last year!

They do a good job if you can actually get him to show up when he says he will. My guess is that he takes bigger, better paying jobs hoping his current clients don't mind. He's all about apologizing, but not truthful about the reasons he doesn't show up. He bills you in June so you forget the negative aspects and signs you up fo the next year. He stores your lights for "free". Nothing free about it. This year, after 2 no shows and promising to put up my lights early Nov, he left my lights at the street like trash. He never bothered to let me know they were there or why he wasn't going to complete a small part of the original job he committed to back in June. The friend who originally recommended him still doesn't have her lights up. It's Dec 13th!! I'd look somewhere else if I were you.
