At time of quote they told her 10 days and an amount over $4k. In one week it will be a month and she still does not have her furniture and in order to recover her furniture the total is $12k. They were negligible at the time of the quote, not explaining extra fees, and not being truthful about the time frame. Their irresponsibility in quoting would have changed her mind if they were truthful. These people should not be in business. Taking advantage of the elderly is a crime.
