Nate worked with us remotely to assess the problem, then stayed after closing time so we could drive in, get parts, and get a tutorial about what to do. We drove back, still had problems, and he stayed on the phone again till further corrections were made. Success! Jets! Hot water! Happy Airbnb guests! It's one thing to buy a good machine, it's another to get the support you need when you need it. We couldn't recommend Nate and Derek more highly for their competence and kindnesses to us.

He was very knowledgeable about the product and suspected the cord was malfunctioning. He provided me the info to determine if it was covered under warranty. I then dealt with manufactures over the phone that wasn't much help. I then spoke with Tieryn at this Leslie pool store. She was very very helpful and great customer service. Bottom line is Eric and Tieryn assisted me in getting the warranty coverage and replace the product with no hassle. Their knowledge of the product and outstanding customer service is worth me doing this Yelp review (which I rarely ever do. I would HIGHLY recommend this store because of their great customer service and prompt attention to my needs. Thank you Eric and Tieryn.

I thought maybe it was made like that. So a month or two went by and it started leaking. Up too 1.5 feet a day.My family started complaining about the high water bill. Do I called Leslie's pool were I bought it and he couldn't find the purchase in his data base. I didn't anymore have the receipt but I had my bank statement that I bought it there. I took the pool to Leslie's were I bought it and Eric the manager said he did not care. If I did not have Leslie's receipt there was nothing he could do and he did Not Care! Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I said how bout I leave it here for you and he said he would call police for terrorizing Leslie's.?so I left very unhappy and ruining my last weeks of summer He would not even look at it.

After the showroom staff you get help from the corporate office, which amazingly is even worst. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing from them! We have worked with several Bullfrog dealers in other locations and have always found them excellent with sales, install, and most importantly, service. This company fails abysmally not just in service but basic communication. Our swim spa was installed Dec 5th. It arrived full of rain water, was missing several key components, and we were given no instructions nor training on its function. Once it was set in place we were literally on our own for getting it set up, filled, and operational. They had forgotten the cover lifters and it took several weeks and two tries for those to arrive and be installed properly. Management did address our frustrations initially which we appreciated but unfortunately things have not changed. It's taken almost two months to get an answer about getting the matching steps. Not to mention we still don't have accessories we purchased months ago. Last month the touch control pad failed so we have lost much functionality on our brand new spa. Took a couple weeks to even get someone to look at it and while we were assured the part would be ordered priority our repair appointment passed without a word. It took three phone calls and two emails on my part to discover the part is back ordered. The issue is still unresolved. We do understand supply chains are still disrupted and try to be understanding consumers. However there is nothing like purchasing an expensive product and getting terrible customer service to sour you on the experience. Unfortunately Paradise Valley Spas has a monopoly on the Bay Area so if you want a dealer who will have competitive pricing. respond promptly, or at all, we recommend looking outside of the area.
