Our original hot tub had an imperfection so we received a brand new hot tub to replace it. Sebastian and Walter moved in the new hot tub and then had to remove the old one. They remembered the original delivery, perhaps because of the tight fit between posts and walls. The team worked quickly and efficiently and all was in place in a short time. Santana Spa delivery delivered a SPA for our neighbors. They trespassed onto our property and parked and unloaded into our driveway without asking for permission. In addition they cut our trees to reach the neighbor spot from our yard and left all the trimming on our property. We have all of it onto our security camera as they did not seem to care about their behavior. read more

Santana Spa Delivery is a fraud and deceitful enterprise. Here is why: I purchased a Spa from the Hot Tub Store in Santa Rosa, they used Santana Spa Delivery to deliver the product to my garage. On June 28, 2022 they delivered the hot-tub and all went well. While Santana Spa Delivery team was delivering my hot-tub to my garage, I told them to leave it wrapped because I was going to have it move to the backyard very soon. They were eager to promote Santana Spa Delivery for such a job. I asked them for their phone number, one worker turned over to show me his t-shirt with the name and phone number of the company, they asked me to show them the location where the SPA would be moved to. I did and they told me they would notify the office. A few days later I called the office to setup the appointment, the young lady was very nice and scheduled me for July 28, 2022 at 2 PM. She quoted me $350 and let me know the normal charge for the kind of hot-tub I have was $400, because I was a repeat customer she felt $350.00 was the correct charge and told me to have a check ready for when they arrived. I get a call on July 27 telling me that they are going to come and do the job at 8 AM instead of 2 PM. I told them no problem and to please proceed, I also told them I had already written the check as instructed by the office. My caller ID identified a Mr. Julio Carranza that called me. (Without me knowing, the person that called me was in fact the owner of Santana Spa Delivery). When Julio Carranza arrived at my home at 7:30 or 7:45 AM, I came out to greet him. Before I could say a word to him, he was muttering aloud to his workers saying that is not the right price. When I engaged him, I indicated that the previous workers for Santana Spa Delivery assessed the situation and the scope of the job, plus the office quoted me the cost. I turned to open the garage door and he tells me the charge they quoted is too low. Julio Carranza deceitfully presented himself to me as if he was just one of the workers. Julio Carranza asked me to show him where the hot-tub needed to be moved to, I did and he turned to me and told me I am calling the office so they can call you back. The price you were quoted is too low. Once again Julio Carranza deceitfully presented himself to me as if he was just one of the workers. I promptly called the office and the young lady I had spoken to before, informed me to not get her involved because I was actually talking to the owner. She indicated the job would now be $750.00 and not the $350.00 Santana Spa Delivery had quoted. I asked the lady to informed the owner of my input and to please have him call me back. I called Julio Carranza, since I still had his phone number in my cell phone. He began to fault his workers and added I was a liar because his workers never said anything about the job, he moved on to blame the Hot Tub Store, he then began to tell me he would lose money on the job. I repeated to him what I have stated in this post, only to be told he would not do the job. Once again, he refused to do the Santana Spa Delivery quoted job. I returned to him to inform him that my assessment at this point was the following: You arrived at my home and you took in the neighborhood and the area for the job, you immediately decided there is no way I am doing a job in this neighborhood for the quoted $350.00 price my Santana Spa Delivery company quoted. I am going to take advantage of these folks and demand they pay $750. We have taken the time to write this negative testimonial, in the hopes that others do not fall prey to this deceitful methodology, embraced by Julio Carranza the owner of Santana Spa Delivery. We purchased a hot tub recently and the store we purchased from used this company to deliver. Our delivery went fine. We recommended our hot tub store to our next door neighbors who purchased a tub and it was delivered by this same company. Santanas could not deliver their hot tub without removing a portion of our fence to pass it through their side, and we were not home at the time. We told our neighbor that it was fine for them to carefully remove the panels needed and put it back properly when done. When I returned home, our gate would no longer open or close, it was wedged shut. We reviewed our security cameras and saw that they cut our fence nails to remove the fence. They cut several nails and when reattaching our fence, used one measly screw. It was definitely a hack job. My husband called them to get advise on how to fix the gate issue, and the owner was incredibly rude and defensive. I understand that things can go wrong, and I believe in a business getting the chance to right a wrong, but the owners reaction to an already stressful and upsetting situation did not help matters. We were left with a bad taste in our mouth and do not recommend this company. read more

I needed a spa removed from one location and delivered and set up in a second location. These guy's rocked it! They came in and carefully navigated the spa to be removed through the house with one eighth of an inch to spare! They had the right equipment to quickly get it out and loaded and then just as quick set it down into the new location safe and sound. The whole process took a little over an hour. This team cleaned up a messy leftover, where another spa delivery company removed a used tub from an easy access, then just left the spa in our driveway and told us to get a crane (cranes refused). Julio and Sebastian and their colleagues were thorough on the front end in checking out the site both in photos and then in person (which the other company didn't do) and knew what they were getting into before making a bid. It was a lot of work, a heavy tub, and took several hours, but they worked with care, safety, and made sure to avoid damages to the tub or the platform we built for it. The delivery guys were great, but we were charged $575 ($350 over what was quoted by the spa dealer) for a delivery and set up that took 40 minutes if you add in the amount of time we talked about the cover locks and other random stuff. Where do I begin about my wonderful experience with Santana Spa??? Before ordering my spa online, I first needed to figure out how it would get delivered. My house in Western Sonoma is located in the Forest with steep hills and tons of Redwoods, which would impede any type of delivery, let alone a hot tub!!! Initially, I thought it would have to be hoisted in to place, meaning I would need to rent a crane, block the road, etc; not gonna happen! I decided to call Julio @ Santana Spa, who promptly arranged for a site inspection. He told me they could do the job and also offered for me to have my tub stored at their warehouse until delivery day. I think this is actually Santana Delivery - Julio Carranza is a professional spa mover. If you are moving a spa or a swim spa do not cut corners here! Get a professional. The differences are too numerous to mention but saving a few dollars when moving your spa will be costly down the road. I purchased a 3 year old swim spa - 8' X 16' - from a private party in Healdsburg and needed it delivered to Santa Cruz. I needed a spa mover who was experienced working with crane operators, was punctual, and competent with all the necessary equipment. That turned out to be Santana Delivery - Julio. I made more than 30 calls to find someone who could help with this process and am so glad I chose Julio. He arrived before the crane in Healdsburg and prepared everything - I did not drive back to Healdsburg on moving day as I felt sure Julio would handle this and save me a 2nd trip. He arranged to deliver this monster to me in Santa Cruz the next day so I would not incur overtime charges by the crane operator in Santa Cruz. The next morning in Santa Cruz he arrived 45 minutes before the crane operator (having left Santa Rosa at 5am to drive 3+ hours and come over Hwy 17 before traffic). He prepared everything and was ready for the crane. When the crane's reach was 20' short the swim spa was set down 3 feet from my house and back door. Julio and his helper actually moved the swim spa into position on the site I had prepared - because they had the necessary equipment. If I had not hired a professional with his experience I do not know what would have happened - I would have had a big fat swim spa 3 feet from my back door and no way to move it!
