I had the chorizo taco and it melted in my mouth. It was so delicious and flavorful. I'm ordering if I ever come across them again

    Asada Burrito

My first time trying Santacos was this weekend at the honey festival in woodland. I ordered the Asada Burrito. It was so delicious and a very big burrito. It had rice, whole beans (thoroughly cooked), cheese, asada and cilantro (I asked for no onions). It paired so well with the hot sauce they offer and was one of the best burritos I've had in a while. It was savory, hot and satiated my Mexican food craving. I'm also Mexican so this burrito went above my expectations than normal Mexican food restaurants/vendors. Would 10/10 recommend!

A tasty food truck, but Yelp prevented me from checking in for location, but were are amazing ! We had steak and pork street tacos. First the fresh made corn tortillas were the best we have ever had. The tacos were loaded with meat, whole pinto beans onion, cilantro, and a guac drizzle. They also came with some sliced grilled onions and fresh made hot sauce. These tacos were great! If we ever get the opportunity to run into them again, we will absolutely be eating with them again.

Not the best, not the worst. Nachos were $17. Not a whole lot of meat on there. A little skimpy. Decent flavor, everything was fresh. Probably wouldn't buy from this food truck again. Go somewhere else.

I found this taco truck at my neighborhood trunk or treat event and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I ordered a taco macho - al pastor. It was about $7.95, which initially felt a little steep however there's plenty of meat and it's hearty! I loved that it has the Anaheim pepper and the pastor comes with pineapple pieces. It was delish! The customer service was great- everyone was courteous and had a smile on their face! I hope to try other menu items next time! Yum!

We found this taco truck at Moonraker Brewing, and the flavors of the meats are . We tried the steak burrito, pastor nachos and asada street tacos,10/10. It's definitely our new favorite food truck.

Homemade corn tortillas what more should I say they have a great selection just a little pricey but worth it if The corn tortillas are freshly made ordered the fish taco and asada tacos they also add beans and rice on your tacos. This was a good truck that came to a football game.

We went to Moksa for a beer and to our delight Santacos truck was there! We asked the lady setting up what her favorite thing on the menus was and she recommended the fish and the shrimp, so that's what we got! My husband got one fish and one shrimp taco with beans and rice and I got the shrimp quesadilla. Both were so delicious! The quesadilla was stuffed full of shrimp that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Thank you thank you to the wonderful employee who recommended that! I will always look for this amazing food truck when I'm in town!

Caught Santacos food truck at dinner time on Greenback near San Juan 12-20-2022. Same parking lot as Ross, kohl's, Burlington coat, del Taco, Sport clips, pizza guys. They scored my business after the local Taco Bell lost my business due to lobby being closed. The service was kind and wonderful. Food ready in under 10 minutes. They invited me to wait in my car and they deliver it. The packaged it fantastically, too. You can pay cash or with a card. Their menu was short, simple and easy to read, i.e. just a few basic meats, no cabeza, lengua, tripe, etc. And about 12 food items. They had the basic taqueria taco but they add beans. I had volcanes (carne asada) and shrimp taco. Shrimp Taco (3 jumbo fried shrimp) was good, lots of flavor with the sauce. Didn't care for shrimp being fried. The volcanes was spectacular. Loved the tostada top and the contents. Fully recommend volcanes. I've seen their truck somewhere before, maybe same spot. Sounds silly but I didn't understand what the name was and even though I could tell it had something to do with tacos, I just wasn't curious enough until necessity dictated my decisions. I recommend giving them a try.

Couldn't comment on how great the pork is. Burrito full or rice, forgot about the meat. Times 2, as my husband had the same thing.

At this point it feels like bait and switch -- why put it on the menu if you never have it? The low rating is mainly for the young lady at the register. She was rude, spent the whole time whispering to a guy who works there and laughing while looking at me. Felt disrespected as a customer. Found Beto's down the street instead. Decent food, decent prices, and they actually serve what's on their menu. Won't be back. 2. Short + Punchy No tripas, lengua, or cabeza. Ever. 4 visits in 7 days. Zero times did they have tripas, lengua, or cabeza. Starting to think the menu is false advertising. Register girl was rude too -- whispering + laughing at me with her coworker/BF the whole time. Beto's down the street has better food, better prices, and no attitude. Go there instead. 3. Balanced but Firm Frustrating experience Food here can be okay when they have it, but the inconsistency is a problem. I came 4 times in one week hoping for tripas, lengua, or cabeza and was told they were out every single time. If you don't carry menu items regularly, take them off the menu. Service also needs work. The teen at the register was whispering to another employee and laughing while taking my order. Made me uncomfortable. Beto's down the street doesn't have these issues -- they stock what they advertise and the service is solid.

Each taco had a generous amount of meat, was well-prepared, and tasted fresh. The real game changer, though, was adding the jalapeño cream sauce along with a few salsas from the salsa bar which took the tacos to another level. If I could, I'd give this place 6 stars just for that! Also, I'd recommend the cucumber lime agua fresca drink. It tasted refreshing and the perfect amount of each flavor.
