We ate here on our last night in Lagos and if I could give it 3.5 stars, that's what it would be getting.
The patio is large and comfortable and the service was great. We didn't wait too long for our food, and our server spoke fluent English and was very kind. The restaurant also takes credit cards which was a huge bonus since we were running low on Euros.
The drinks were very good but very expensive (between 4 and 8 Euros for a standard size cocktail - yikes!).
The food was more reasonably priced, but we were quite disappointed with some items. For starters, the "nachos" were literally a pile of tortilla chips with some burnt cheese sprinkled over the top (see photo). There were no veggies or any other toppings whatsoever - they were absolutely HORRIBLE and I would definitely not waste my money on those ever again. Avoid ordering these at all costs. The calamari however was absolutely delicious - cooked to perfection and well-seasoned. I also ordered the fish tacos which were pretty good as well. I would've liked more vegetables on the fish tacos, but the fish tasted so amazing and the sauce complimented it so well that I really can't complain.
I might return to this place if I ever visit Lagos again, but I would also be curious to try another spot since it didn't necessarily blow me away. read more
