We called out both companies for estimates and both showed up the next business day for a free estimate. Air Solution's tech came out and he was very thorough, on time for the appointment, and was very friendly. I didn't feel at any point in time that they were trying to sell us things that we didn't need and were being honest with their customers. I was communicating with Danay in their office most of the time, and she is so sweet and genuine. She is very great with her follow-ups and I loved talking to her every time I had the opportunity. She followed up with me on the permitting with the city/county, and with the scheduling on their end as well. The technician came out to install the A/C unit and they were also on time, and very thorough as well. I would say Air Solution is an expert in their field and I highly recommend them if you need any servicing on your A/C unit or need a new A/C unit.

I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies over the years in many states (I'm in the real estate industry) and I will definitely give this company 5 stars. Not only was Troy great, but when I called to schedule the appointment the young lady who scheduled my appointment already had a lot of knowledge about my building and said they have serviced many units in my building for years. Pricing, is super reasonable. I signed up for an annual contract with them, and super happy I found this company. This company is staffed with careless individuals that after failing to get an appointment…read morescheduled, just showed up one day. I allowed these pop-ins to inspect my attic for a duct replacement estimate and while up there I watched as one intentionally pressed down on the aluminum duct, flattening the top. They didn't speak English to each other in front of me, so I had to ask what was going on and I was just told "it's ok." I previously had another one of their staff appointed to inspect my attic, but he was literally unfit for the job and had to send out someone more able-bodied. Kind of funny, but also a waste of both of our time. One of the guys that answered the phone to take my original appointment had to yell "I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING" to his co-workers that were carelessly chatting loudly while we were on the phone. I get the impression that they do that often and/or he's just not a great communicator. No proper introduction, no etiquette, no appointment pop-in, and ultimately no estimate either... but to add insult to injury, they squished my aluminum duct, potentially worsening my problem. I'm sure that if you're the kind of person that just lets service people come and do whatever they want without asking anything that you could end up getting somewhat decent work, but I'd suggest you find another company that has at least some common curtesy. I was a potential customer that they failed to get because of basic principles that seem to be lost on these individuals... You are expected at a minimum to: Speak English, greet customer, exchange names, explain what you're going to do, give estimate, thank customer.

I got a call from Joe the morning asking if he could come by earlier because it was supposed to rain in the afternoon and if it rained, he wouldn't be able to work on our unit. Of course I told him yes. He's very thorough and explains what needed to be replaced and even gave us a tip on monthly maintenance so that our unit will last longer. We then received a callback stating they'll refund it but do not want to come back since we weren't satisfied and were given a different company to call. What a great way to get a returning customer!
