This year I was notified that my annual inspection and maintenance would be scheduled for Nov 28 and Nov 30 . His crews arrived bright and early on Nov 28 . To clean and inspect . However nobody came back as scheduled on the 30th . I HAD TO CONTACT THEM asking why they never showed and why a courtesy call was not made . Asking him to CALL ME . An email reply from him indicated his crews got busy preparing projects for possible rain . His EMAIL indicted they be out on Friday bot the following Monday . I explained that I cleared off the deck which is on the second floor and all that stuff was in our living room . And we had weekend plans . He replied via email to be out on Monday . Numerous times asking for him to CALL ME . HE NEVER DID CALL ME . Soooo here we are on Monday . NOBODY CAME BY .. NOBODY CALLED . At 4pm today I had to call his office and leave a voice message wondering what happened . Asking that he CALL ME to come up with a new plan . About an hour later he sent me an email advising me that he's CANCELLED MY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT . Well thank you very much .. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTACTING THIS COMPANY after having been a customer for more than 20 years .

It looked great and worked great but recently the gate became difficult to close due to normal sagging and the built-in adjustment mechanism could not fix the problem. Fence Factory came out quickly to do an assessment, accepted responsibility for an issue with the installation and corrected it. This was 2-1/2 years after installation and required about a half-day effort to move the post that supported the hinge portion of the gate. They stood by their product and did a beautiful job at no charge.
