She came to our henna venue for the day and was extremely wonderful. The entire experience felt like a dream. Sheetal was super professional and organized and managed her team well. Several of the lashes fell off on my drive home. Honestly I have done a much better job on myself in the past and doing it yourself is not easy. Had to go to a reputable lash studio the next day to get the absolute mess she made of my lashes fixed. I was told by my new lash artist that it looked like she stuck a bunch of lashes together and then put them on in patches. Even glued the lashes to my skin. She was nice but did a horrible job and it has ended up costing me as of now almost $300 to fix. Also this place is super dirty and even has a "shop dog" a poodle mix with a multicolored mohawk living there.

Truthfully I wanted to find a more personalized approach where I didn't have to wait and my threading wasn't rushed. I found Neelu and was delighted she was so close to my home. She operates by appointment so your time is yours. She was very welcoming and took her time shaping my brows. She also finished with a quick cool forehead massage. What I liked the most was that she left me with brows! I have very thin brows and most threaders take off too much with no real shape.
