Overall, it was a very quick, easy and mostly painless process. I recommend going a little earlier just so that you can sign the paperwork. I liked how Natalie showed me the options for where I could be safely pierced and made sure we didn't pierce a vein in my ear. I got a third lobe and a flat with her and they were both honestly a 2-3 out of 10 on the pain scale. She was quick, efficient and minimized any discomfort. I appreciated that she still showed me aftercare (even though I'm very familiar with the aftercare due to a number of existing piercings). So far, both are healing great and maybe even better/faster than my older piercings.

My boyfriend won't stop telling me how hot my new brows look Sarah was meticulous about everything, whilst being swift and efficient. She spent almost three hours with me, but never once made the appointment feel rushed. She cares about the quality of her work. I was especially impressed by the technique she used to measure, map, and check my brows to make sure they were symmetrical and complemented my face. I was unsure of many things as this was my first time altering my brows, but she stayed client-focused until the very end frequently handing me the mirror to ensure I was satisfied.
