Overall, it was a very quick, easy and mostly painless process. I recommend going a little earlier just so that you can sign the paperwork. I liked how Natalie showed me the options for where I could be safely pierced and made sure we didn't pierce a vein in my ear. I got a third lobe and a flat with her and they were both honestly a 2-3 out of 10 on the pain scale. She was quick, efficient and minimized any discomfort. I appreciated that she still showed me aftercare (even though I'm very familiar with the aftercare due to a number of existing piercings). So far, both are healing great and maybe even better/faster than my older piercings.

She really takes her time, listens to what you want, and explains everything before she starts. Nothing felt rushed. The results came out incredibly natural -- that was my biggest concern.
