I would say everything about this was 5 stars. Right from check- in- very pleasant staff. Doc came and spent a good time with me explaining about the procedure (he's done 13000!!!) what to expect etc. from that point on everything was a breeze.. woke up feeling better than I went in. I took an Uber there by myself, and they called my wife to come pick me up; my wife didn't have to wait there. When I woke up after the surgery, my bellybutton was an innie again. There was some pain for about a week, and I took about 7 days off of work. No problems since then.

It's been 10 years since my last one, so it was a distant blur. Her facility is very modern. The surgery center (National Ambulatory), next door, is just as nice. On the day of the test, the people were extremely pleasant and informative. Walked me through all the steps and what to expect. The anesthesiologist reminded me of a slender version of Dwayne "the rock" Johnson. :D Very nice guy. Dr. Nguyen showed up on time and assured me that all will go well. Once I woke up from the exam, it was like I took a short nap. All good and ready to go home. It was a very smooth process and I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and her team!
