The Oxnard Office Of Dr. Logani Went above and beyond The day the office is closed for surgery I had an emergency called and he came in after surgery to treat me Totally recommend Dr. Logani read more

The best of the best in preserving vision. Treats you like family and never takes any short cuts.

First thing I noticed is how Dr Logani leads his team, with organization and cleanliness. I am specifically happy with their directness - they don't waste time talking and simply tell you the source of the problem causing whatever symptoms. The explanations of available treatments are clear too. What I appreciated most is the Doctor enrolling his patients in understanding the recommended precautions they need to take, to better handle one's condition. read more

This eye doctor has his office like a cattle call!. They book as many appointments as they can for each day. If you have an appointment at 3:00 pm, you wont be seen until 1.5 hours and won't leave there until being there two hours or more. So if you book an appointment plan to be there at least 1.5 to two hours or more each time. This is not acceptable, since he is being paid for his services and not doing you a favor for doing it for free. He has no consideration for his patients and doesn't care how long you have to wait! He never apologizes for this and if you mention it to him he says nothing. At the end of your treatment all he does is hand you some business cards so he can add more patients to wait on him for his services! This is an ungrateful doctor who should be grateful for all the patients he still has to support him, without us he would not be in business. I will not be going there anymore! I will find another eye doctor who cares about his patients and their time! read more

Do not let the wait and the well-used furniture and office space dissuade you, or you will miss out on an exceptional ophthalmologist. Dr. Logani is informative, thorough, and proactive, and he has a kind, gentle, and patient bedside manner. Regarding the wait, the staff let me know up front how long I would be at the Oxnard office. Moreover, the wait is a consequence of an insurance system which does not reimburse physicians adequately for their time, making it impossible for physicians to cover costs and earn a living without booking a substantial number of patients. Yet Dr. Logani is still thorough with patients. I'd hate to lose a great doctor like him because he couldn't afford to take my insurance anymore. My complaint is with the unfair insurance system rather than the doctor who is trying to be there for those of us with low-reimbursement insurance. read more

I love going in to Dr Logani's clinic. Everybody is so respectful, caring and professional. It reflects on the high standards that Dr Logani requires of his knowledgeable staff. I have had multiple issues with my eyes. Some where fairly serious like retinal tear. Dr Logani skillfully and with outmost care did laser surgery to correct my issues. Very minimal recovery time. This clinic has all of d modern equipment and apparatus for all types of eye exam. I get what i feel is first class treatment. I can only wonder how other 3rd world countries get by with less equipment. There are other Specialists in this office and they are all equally caring and professional. The staff can refer to their advanced computer system to check and verify everything about the patients medical history. Really "state of the art" read more

Super attentive and caring team. Doctor Sanjay Logani was so kind and caring towards my dad. He's extremely Professional and made my father feel super comfortable throughout the process. read more

Dr Logani is very good, and he identified an issue in the choroid of my eye which had nothing to do with my reason for seeing him for dry eye. The condition is potentially very bad, and luckily there is only a minute chance its very serious. I feel relieved it was atleast identified vs the alternative. Dr Logani is personable and very factual, there is no time for long explanations. That said, the wait time was absolutely ridiculous! Over 3 hrs the first visit, and each subsequent visit min 1 hour wait.. minimum! Its frustrating when we feel our time is not valued, with a cue of 10-15 patients ahead of us. Its a zoo and frustrating. The office staff seems nice enough, and they supply water and snacks. read more

I had an emergency retina detachment and Dr. Logani was able to see me and treat it immediately which is critical to preserving eyesight. It was difficult finding a recommended doctor during this time. He is very attentive and follows up, post-treatment, making sure the attachment healing process is successful. The office staff are all helpful and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Logani and this office. (On behalf of a patient) read more

What can I say, these guys are amazing!!! From start to finish every person you come in contact with is so helpful & friendly, like they all actually like working there!!! You can tell! Everything is explained in detail & without having to be asked! Highly reccomend them!!! read more

Dr Logani is amazing! He's so nice and knowledgeable. I've had this black shadow in my field of vision. It comes and goes and it's nothing unbearable but it's annoying. I went to get it checked out to rule out retinal detachment and anything floating in the vitreous gel (THANKS FOR SCARING ME, GOOGLE!) he didn't see anything. So whatever it is is something really tiny and he ruled out anything it could've been. I will be back in 3 months to get checked again. They had to dilate my pupils and I was terrified! (again..thanks google! Lol I know I should stop..it's a bad habit) and it wasn't even that bad. They put three eye drops in each eye and had me wait in the waiting room. Within 10 minutes my vision was a little blurry. I couldn't read anything and it was a little hard to focus. But the big things I was able to see fine. It honestly is nothing to be scared about at all. Just make sure you keep your glasses on because the bright light burns your eyes and you don't want to risk messing them up. Some people may be able to drive but since I couldn't focus my eyes on street signs I wouldn't risk it. I had my friend drive me home. The office is super clean, the staff is very friendly, and they have a private parking lot. They have bathrooms right outside the office doors you need a key so ask the ladies in the front for it if ya gotta go. read more

The whole team is great... super helpful and patient which is key. And the doctor is very attentive and welcoming he explains everything in a very professional manner.. I would definitely recommend Dr. Logani... read more

I don't usually give review, but I have to say something base on my experience with S. Logani. I have seen Logani several times in the past and one in the recent. Each time I made an appointment to see him, it is always a long wait with at least two to three hours. You always see lots of patients waiting to see Logani in the waiting room The last visit I had with Logani, I waited two and a half hour for a ten minutes consultation. The last appointment I had with Logani was at 11:00 am and I left his office at 2 PM. If you don't ,mind waiting then he is your doctor. So far, he still could not provide me with a solution to correct my vision. Guess what, I found a new ophthalmologist to exam my vision. My appointment was @10 am and I was out of his office in thirty minutes with a date scheduled for my eye surgery. read more

The staff and technicians are all extremely nice and Dr. Sanjay Logani is a very respectful individual. He has been practicing for 25+ years and is very knowledgable. What i value the most is that he takes the utmost care of his patients and always gives them his full attention. The quality of care is why I keep coming back. I am a diabetic person and Dr. Sanjay Logani has kept my eyes in the best shape possible! I have been going for years and I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else. I definitely recommend Dr. Sanjay Logani and his staff! read more

Took my elderly mother in for her follow-up with Dr. Logani recently. She has low vision due to a retina condition and will eventually lose her eyesight completely, therefore the appointments are essential to delay the process if possible. I want to keep informed and proactive. However, Dr. Logani has had terrible bedside manner lately. Mom reports he used to be attentive and nice, and today he hardly acknowledged my presence with her, didn't look up from his keyboard to address my concerns and spent no more than 4-5 minutes in the appointment. He didn't take a moment to explain anything, just said things are "fine", and didn't allow me to tell him that her vision has decreased significantly lately. The office notoriously overbooks appointments so you have to wait 2-3 hours to be seen. Front desk staff are rude and inattentive like their boss. The ones running the show and helping are the assistants in the back, with whom you spend most of the appointment, major props to them! Find another retina specialist who takes time to explain things and listens if your vision/eyes matter to you. read more

Extremely professional. The equipment and entire facility is modern and up to date. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every phase in the office. I highly recommend Dr. Logani. read more

This office is a complete joke. Not until I moved to my new Retina specialist, did I realize how pathetic Sanjay's practice is. Waiting 2.5 - 3 hours to see the doctor is a thing of the past for me since I stopped going to Sanjay's office. I had an appointment this morning with my new Retina specialist and I was in and out in 35 minutes. My new doctor has not once, NOT ONCE performed an expensive and unnecessary test on me like Sanjay would do EVERY 6 months. I'm so thankful to be out of the grips of Dr. Logani. It's much less expensive on my insurance company as well. read more

Love this place! Make no mistake about it, this is a high volume practice, so the in office wait can seem long, but believe me, it is well worth it! Begin with the staff up front; friendly, efficient, well organized and very, very caring. They always go the extra mile especially in setting appointments and resolving insurance. Way beyond the norm. The "back room" staff are equally adept. Again, friendly, kind and genuinely concerned with giving top notch care. And that doesn't mean just simple tasks, but they handle all the state of the art testing equipment needed to assure excellent care, so less need to be referred out to some other facility or to just skip the process as I had experienced with another provider. Then there is Dr. Sanjay himself. No messing around here, he's down to business because he's simply too busy not to be, but he still greets you with a warm smile and knows everything about the patient as he walks into the room. There is simply a feeling that you are seen as a patient, not just a number. One feels both a confidence and a comfort at being in the hands of someone who truly knows their business and applies it in every instance. It is Dr. Logani's personality that sets the tone for this office; Friendly, caring, professional and very very thorough! This is a very good place! read more

Dr. Sanjay Logani is a very professional, dedicated, precise, honest, kind, and thorough ophthalmologist that has been providing excellent care to me now for two years since having a successful cataract surgery done through his office. I'm so happy to have 20/20 vision now! He has also been caring for my eye allergies & Pinguecula for which I have received good relief. His nursing staff & front office assistants, in particular Nancy, Jessica, Yanet, Yesenia, and Jannet are all also very professional, kind, and patient. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable, good listeners, with nice smiles & a good sense of humor and they make you feel at ease when waiting & going through difficult procedures. Throughout the Covid-19 situation, the office has been very good about observing & enforcing all necessary protocols, & has remained clean, safe, & reliable. During my most recent visit, I was also impressed by the addition of flat screen TVs in the patient rooms on which you can view informational videos about your particular eye condition. Finally, I was very glad & grateful that Dr. Sanjay was able to refer me in January of this year (2021) to Dr. Sangeeta Logani, an ophthalmologist specializing in ophthalmic plastic & reconstructive surgery who works through this office, for the removal & treatment of a basal cell carcinoma near my eye. This was also a success & the two of them along with their incredible staff make an overall awesome team. Thank you! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Dr. Sanjay is a complete joke. Just for my fathers eye problems, he made him go through unnecessary tests and would not tell him what the actual problem is. He also DOES not explain what he will be doing. So I do not recommend. read more

I had a bit of trouble finding the building as it was set back into the street and I drove right past it. Once I found it, I was nervous I wouldn't be able to find parking near the front, but two spots were available: one on the street, and one in the lot. Getting inside the building was easy and as I walked through the front doors, Dr. Logani's office was on my right with the bathroom placed conveniently on my left. There were about five or six other patients in the waiting room or coming and going through the inner office door. Both nurses were friendly and smiled as they called for patients or helped patients as they left. The two receptionists at the front dest were busy, efficient, and sweet. They took care of me in a timely and professional manner. I didn't have to wait long. Nurse Nancy called for me and escorted me to a room where she went over my paperwork, updated my computer information, answered my questions, dilated my eyes, and prepped me for my visit with Dr. Logani by moving me to an exam room. She was Super! She put me at ease, chatted with me, and worked efficiently. I'd like to note that the exam room had been cleaned right before I entered, as I could still smell the disinfectant. Dr. Logani (and an assistant Dr.) came in and greeted me and went straight to work. I found him to be professional, intelligent, thorough, well-mannered, competent, friendly and nice. Within minutes I was finished and on my way home after a very pleasant experience. I recommend Dr. Logani to all! read more

Since I have had severe astigmatism my whole life and have been warned that I could have retinal detachments, I dreaded the day that this would happen.  I started seeing floaters & my vision was blurry for longer than an hour.  After seeing my optometrist, he referred me to Dr. Sanjay Logani.  I was told I needed an urgent eye procedure to fix my 4 retinal tears immediately.  If not, I would end up with a retinal detachment.  Without reservation or hesitation on how busy his office was, Dr. Sanjay Logani squeezed me in that same afternoon. He and his staff were quick, efficient, professional, kind and they explained things to me in a way that I knew I was in good hands and my vision was of utmost importance to him and his staff.  The office was busier than I had ever seen a doctors office and even though they were super busy I was treated very well despite the demands of the other patients.  As a matter of fact they stayed late and made sure that my eye was treated properly. All my visits with him required eye dilation and a few hours of my time, yet the long waits were worth it because I knew Dr. Sanjay Logani was going to be thorough and make sure my eye was healing properly. I highly recommend him. read more
