I had gone to a dentist a month prior who had charged me quite alot of money for simple procedures. I had gone to Governor Dental in search of a second opinion and I am so glad I did! They were very thorough with my initial examination. Dr. Copps provides very honest, yet considerate feedback, with your genuine interests in mind. I am normally a bit anxious at the dentist, but they went above and beyond to make it a relaxing experience. With their up-to-date technology, they were able to find weak spots the other dentist did not identify and address them in a timely manner. We got everything fixed and a night guard for a reasonable price! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

It's a 50/50 shot that you wait in the operating room for over 20 mins until someone works on you. And that's not the worst of it. They are usually upfront about costs before they do the work (at least what they make you believe)... but that wasn't the case with my last visit. I had some extra work done and left thinking I paid everything after talking with the staff. Then I was hit with an extra $130 bill months later because they said I never paid a portion (huh?). To add to the confusion, the itemized bill on my MyChart had an item on it from a visit from last year (yes, last year!) that I confirmed later on the phone with the office. How is that possible? Also, my last visit was canceled without them even notifying me! I was lucky enough to call them a day or two before because I needed to reschedule anyways so I caught it ahead of time. Couldn't believe it. Glad I didn't show up like normal just to find I didn't have an appt. I've reached my last straw and plan on looking elsewhere.

I needed all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and was extremely nervous because of past bad experiences and just the thought of surgery in general. From the moment I sat in the chair, he made me feel comfortable. I'm terrified of needles, but he walked me through breathing techniques and somehow managed to numb me without me feeling any pain at all. That alone meant so much to me. His assistant, Riki, was also amazing. She kept checking on me, reassuring me, and made sure I felt completely numb before anything started. She explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect, that I might feel pressure but no pain and she was absolutely right. My teeth were complicated due to long roots, but Dr. Jarrod handled everything so smoothly and professionally. The entire procedure was completely pain-free, which I honestly didn't think was possible. Now that I'm out of state, I really wish I had a dentist like him here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for the best of the best. You'll be in great hands.

I decided to start with the fillings, but after that, I couldn't chew comfortably at all and was in constant pain. I went to another dentist who also recommended root canals, but they couldn't see me until the summer. So I was left still suffering and unsure of what to do. I was referred to Dr. Jarrod by a friend, and from the moment I met him, I felt heard. He took the time to really listen and understand what I had been going through. That's when I knew I could trust him. After examining me, he explained that I actually didn't need root canals. Instead, the issue was that the previous filling was too large and wide, and a crown should have been done instead. He sat down with me and walked me through the entire process, including which materials would work best. Because I have a tight and heavy bite, we decided on a full gold crown for durability and longevity. What really stood out was his compassion--he knew I had been in pain for a long time and offered to do the treatment that same day. Even though I have Medi-Cal and had to pay out of pocket, it was absolutely worth every penny. Dr. Jarrod has such a gentle touch--I didn't feel any pain or sensitivity during the procedure. Now, one week later, I'm completely pain-free and can finally eat comfortably again after months of discomfort. I also want to thank the front office team for clearly explaining my financial options and always welcoming me with a smile--they truly make you feel comfortable. My assistant, Riki, was amazing--she made sure I was comfortable the entire time, even offering me TV and a blanket. She and Dr. Jarrod work so well together and make a great team. I would give Goldberg Dental Group a 10/10 and highly recommend them to anyone. I'll definitely be continuing my care here!

She exceeded every expectation, made sure all the plaque was gone, and gave me genuinely helpful tips to keep up my hygiene. Irina did my x-rays quickly and checked in the whole time to make sure I was comfortable. She made the process so easy and seamless. Dr. Meadows was personable, comforting, and so easy to talk to. He didn't pressure me to get anything done like other places have. Instead, he explained things clearly and made it all understandable, even for someone who didn't go to school for dentistry.
