I wanted to update this review to reflect the steps they took to make the situation right. I hired this company for a move out deep clean. The cleaner was over two hours late. She left after about 3 hours because she didn't want to be late to the next cleaning appointment. I had to do most of the cleaning myself. The company went back and forth with me for days but ensured me they would not charge me until I agreed to a price for the poor service. However before a suitable resolution was reached, they charged me anyway. Please beware of this company - they don't stand behind their work or their policies about charging clients. I was not able to accept a reclean because the job needed to be done that day before the house was listed which they were aware of. If the work was done right the first time, a reclean wouldn't be needed.

Homemaid Cleaning receives five stars in all four categories. It is easy to communicate with Homemaid Cleaning, they respond quickly to questions and let you know the team member's ETA. You have your choice of phone, text or email communication, whichever way you prefer. Homemaid Cleaning has the best rates in town! And here is a refreshing twist: My first cleaning did not take as long as the original estimate so they didn't charge me as much as the original quote. What cleaning company voluntarily says you owe us less, not more? Their pricing is straightforward, no hidden fees or a rate that "magically" increases after the quote. You can pay several ways, including check. I appreciated that I did not have to give my credit card number to a complete stranger before they even set foot in my home, like most cleaning companies demand now. Homemaid Cleaning employees are reliable. Andrew S. is my team member and when he was running behind bc the job ahead of me had unexpected issues, I was notified with an estimated arrival time and apologies. Andrew is friendly, professional, efficient and a thorough cleaner! I love that he will be my assigned cleaner, bc so many companies send different technicians every time. It is hard to build trust with a company when someone you don't know, and doesn't know your home, shows up each time. Will S. is the owner and he has a friendly, fair management style. Very easy going on the phone, no pressure, and patient with my questions. So many large cleaning companies have dismissive owners who act annoyed or overwhelmed if you call. Or, they don't return your calls and ignore your questions completely. Shaheen is also patient with questions and requests. He is great with followup. I've tried several cleaning companies with disastrous results, everything from no shows, to rates twice as high as quoted, to theft of prescription drugs. I'm not worried about ANY of that with Homemaid Cleaning! I want a clean home. I've cleaned it myself most of the time, but I've reached an age where it is getting physically harder to meet my own high standards and I don't want to do it anymore. House cleaning done well is hard work and I value the service very much. Thanks to Homemaid Cleaning, I have found the right company for me...at last. Thank you!

I live up near Cleveland and wanted to help him get the place ready to move into, as he is very busy with work. These rentals are never as clean as promised. Lots of dirt, debris and drywall powder everywhere. Cabinets were not wiped out. I must have called over ten cleaning companies and not a single one could get us on the schedule within a week. I finally landed on The Pristine Cleaning Company and was able to speak directly to the owner. She actually answered the phone!!! I had to leave voicemails with most of the other companies and some did not even call me back. I explained my situation to her and she was so helpful in answering all my questions and accommodating our needs. She was able to get us on the schedule within a few days. Three very nice and professional women were sent to the townhouse. I met them there. They did everything from scouring toilets, to wiping down showers, closet shelves, baseboards, insides of cabinets, appliances, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling fans and even the window blinds! They were very thorough and even swept out the garage! They brought all their own cleaning supplies. They were there for three hours and the price was so reasonable. WOW, was I impressed! I highly recommend this company. It is privately owned and well managed. Thank you so much, Tammy and your team! You were a "life saver!" Sincerely, Mary S.

The update, they washed while I was not there, when we scheduled it, I asked how I would pay; and was told not to worry about it, he'll take care of them. So 6 days after the wash is compete (yesterday afternoon) he contacts me by text to ask if I have an email he can send my invoice to. I provide one and he sends it. I plan on paying it The next day or this weekend as I have paid for a class directly after work. During the class my phone starts ringing, 2 calls, the second with a voicemail asking how am I going to pay, oh...and I don't accept mailed checks. 20 minutes or so go by and he starts texting, can I pay tonight and did you get the invoice...again, I received the invoice that afternoon. Oh, and the friendly reminder that he doesn't accept mailed checks. I think I got 4 text messages during my class. I think 3 hours is an unacceptable expectation for payment, especially when you don't accept standard methods of payment. There was no option for me to use a credit card or even send a payment directly from my checking account. Yes, they did a nice job at power washing, but no I would not recommend them. At this point I'm feeling harassed for payment on an invoice I received less then 24 hours ago. I will share this with home advisors where I got the recommendation of the follow up.
