Looks to be from legs as it's 4 points piercing the drywall. * Guest toilet tank is cracked and leaking at one of the bolts, it had never been used but we noticed the leak. * Two outlets with open grounds, only found out when trying to plug things in, had to reset the breaker and use a plug tester. I was able to call a plumber and get some stuff remedied but I still have to address the electrical. This stuff is beyond some minor things I mentioned in my original review and this is the kind of thing that will effect my home in the long term. I really do hate writing reviews but the more I find and the more I have to pay in repairs the less I care about being nice and brushing it off.

With the home, I knew of issues related to structure and that were cosmetic in nature. Several minor repair issues - paint, bathroom fixtures, appliances, etc. There were also issues related to the floors being uneven and soft in certain areas. I guided Chad on where to look and what I was interested in knowing. I needed information that would assist with determining scope of work to repair and I needed information to assist with making a determination to proceed with purchase or to back out. This inspection left a lot of open holes in my opinion and most of his feedback recommended that I contact someone else - Recommend contacting licensed contractor, licensed plumber, licensed electrician and a structural engineer. Bottom line, I wound up doing my own inspection of the property. In doing so, I discovered so many issues that in my opinion, should have been called out and documented in the report. His report provided me with very little useful information. As stated. I would not recomend On Point to perform another home inspection for me.
