We definitely did not expect to find THE house in that week, but more of get an idea of the market and the areas in and around Denver. We met Kimberly and Norma on our first full day in Denver. Over the next four days, Norma (who is AMAZING), showed us numerous houses. (I think we saw 22 in all). It just so happened that we did find two houses that felt perfect for our family. Kimberly jumped into action; she discovered negatives with the first house that the builder did not want to share. She also quickly negotiated the price, incentives, and contingencies needed for us to put in an offer. We are now happily living in our new home, and we owe the very quick and seamless process to Kimberly and her team!

I know this because I worked with her for months when searching for my first home. She knows her stuff better than any other realtor I interviewed, and if she doesn't know something she will find an answer for you faster than your highest expectations. Not only that, but as a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed and confused as I was learning about the home buying process; however, Cindy had the patience of a saint when it came to answering my endless tidal wave of questions day in and day out for months. She artfully advises, never pressures, sharing her experience and expertise, but at the end of the day the decisions rest with you. She is a straight hustler and strategic negotiator when it comes to representing and fighting for your best interests. She will not stop until she has exhausted every possible option/resource to your benefit even at the expense of her own benefit. One of many examples that stand out in my mind, is that I had a small mark on my credit report from 5 years ago from a miscommunication with an old landlord that was dramatically affecting my credit score, so I was trying to get it removed. After multiple rejections, everything felt hopeless, but as a final "hail mary" she coached me and gave me tips on how to approach the landlord directly and I was able to successfully convince the landlord to drop the charge bringing my credit score up from a 720 to 800 saving me tens of thousands of dollars on my mortgage. I 100% know I would not have been able to do it without her advice. This is really just a small sliver of everything that she did. I wouldn't trust family and friends to work with anyone else. I am happy to speak further with anyone anytime about my experience with Cindy Hall.

However, with Chantel by our side, my wife and I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. Considering that this was the largest purchase we've ever made--and the fact that we were total novices--I never would have guessed that's how we would have felt, but Chantel went out of her way to be responsive to our questions, to anticipate concerns we might have, and to raise issues we didn't even know to consider. Beyond her professional expertise, she is simply a joy to be around. Her honesty and candor throughout were refreshing and much appreciated. In the end, she helped us purchase our dream home and the whole process was smooth sailing from beginning to end (thanks largely to her diligence behind the scenes to clear any potential hurdles). Would I recommend Chantel to my friends? I already have. If things ever change and we decide to look for a new place to call home, Chantel will undoubtedly be the first person we call.

We partnered with Ben Ellefson and Crystal…read moreQuintanilla; both were very quick to respond and always went the extra mile to manage and coordinate our listing. Our family had already purchased another home out of state (MT) and were moving before the sale of our house in CO. We worked with Ben to make sure everything was left as needed before the move, to avoid issues before the house went on the market. Ben walked us through the process and helped create a "ToDo" list. Because of his hard work and attention to detail, we were able to move out and let Ben do his thing. Ben coordinated and managed (FREE OF CHARGE) an official square footage measurement of the home, (which resulted in finding an additional 55 square feet that lowered the overall price per square foot), Daytime and Golden Hour photos (huge selling point advantage, golden hour photos made the sale!), and brought in an interior design to set up paintings and furniture throughout the home. The house looked so good, I joked about buying it myself haha. I have never worked with a realtor firm that did soooo much, free of charge, to sell a house. The house received 5 offers on the first day listed and we were under contact that evening. We were not totally sure which offer to accept, but through working with Ben and the research that he did with each offeror, we were able to make an educated decision. The house sale closed 30 days later, above market value! Had we not went with PorchLight, I don't think things would have went as smoothly or sold above market. They made the house look great.
