We reached out to Craig via a link on a website regarding one of the homes we wanted to tour. From the moment we met, he was down to earth, personable and realistic. He asked us all the right questions to better understand our needs and what we wanted and then gave us the insight on the Denver market. Not too long after, we came across a listing that met all of those needs and within less than 24 hours after it went on the market, Craig closed the sale for us!! We moved in a month later. With both my boyfriend and I working time-intensive jobs, sometimes it was hard for his team to connect with us live but they were always a phone call or email away making sure we had the right paperwork in on the right dates to meet our closing date. They were professional and friendly and just plain nice to work with! Thank you Craig and team, we will go with you for our next home and beyond and happy to recommend you to others.

Hallie is a pro, and she's fun about it…read more Pros: -Knowledgeable about the south-of-Denver real estate scene -Flexible phone times/in person times -Worked with our situation of being out-of-staters -Took care of logistics in touring homes (I got to focus on evaluating houses instead of worrying about details like directions, scheduling appointments, asking/answering the right questions from sellers, etc) -Quick response time via text, voice and email -Gives off superbly positive vibes -Has honest opinions without being pushy -And the big one: She helped us find the home we eventually purchased! Cons: -None, seriously. My wife and I were looking to move to Colorado from out of state and understandably nervous. I called Hallie (based on her reviews), and was greeted by a super happy person. A great sign! By the time I got off the phone with her, we had potential appointments in mind even though she knew we hadn't booked flights to CO yet. Hallie let us pick which properties we wanted to visit online first, which we then visited in person. She gave her honest opinion about each while making sure not to force her preferences on us. One trait about Hallie that I appreciate is her ability to parse my wife's preferences vs my own, and help us identify which features of the home would be more important to each of us. Anyway, Hallie is great. We strongly believe we couldn't have had such a smooth move without her professional guidance!!! Highly recommended!

We were impressed that Brian accompanied Julie on her initial meeting with us - it shows a level of commitment not practice by many realty companies.
