I was still a little confused, and instead of explaining what I needed to do, he became irritated and asked, "Have you ever been to a car wash before?" Of course mistakes can happen, more so with first time customers but that doesn't give you a reason to be rude or impatient. There was no clear communication in this situation at all! If workers don't have the patience to help first-time customers, they shouldn't be the ones guiding vehicles.

My car still had noticeably dirty spots that weren't hard to get. Overall I am happy with the #1 Works wash. I have a hatchback and I haven't found any auto washes with a person spraying down/brushing the back to get it all the way clean.

Although I had a scheduled appointment for detailing, due to the rudeness of the employees and my general concern for the level of service I would receive I decided not to leave my car for service. When I arrived there was no one in the "office" to check with so I started to drive around the building to see if I needed to enter at another door. Once I finally met someone from the car wash I was rudely told to take my car back to the other side of the building. After moving my vehicle, I went back to the door and didn't see anyone in the office so I went back to the door where I had seen the employee who told me where to park. While going through that door to the now occupied office I overheard one employee telling the other "that guy isa f#£€ing idiot". For a moment I decided to let it go and handed my keys to the other employee. After a moment of thought I realized I didn't want to count on employees with that kind of attitude cleaning my vehicle. I'm not sure if they do a good job with detailing but I'm pretty sure i won't be finding out anytime soon. The wash tore off the rear window on my 2025 Silverado with a premium Leer cap. I had unlimited monthly plans with them on 2 vehicles, cancelled both. Tommy wash is opening soon across the street and the guy that owns the leer cap dealer told me that he gets repairs paid for by Tommy Wash all the time so that's where I'll be going.

So yeah, the deal here is that you SHOULD get one of their unlimited wash packages. You could make an appointment online or call, but given I had a couple questions, I decided to call and make it here! I added a shampoo to the front row of my car ($59) and cleaning my trunk for $10. Totaling $128. There's a small waiting room and I was in and out within an hour. My seats were a little wet (they warned me) but this allowed me to get home in a timely manner. I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each). I feel like that price is pretty equivalent to other companies.
