Of course mistakes can happen, more so with first time customers but that doesn't give you a reason to be rude or impatient. There was no clear communication in this situation at all! If workers don't have the patience to help first-time customers, they shouldn't be the ones guiding vehicles.

I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each). I feel like that price is pretty equivalent to other companies.

Although I had a scheduled appointment for detailing, due to the rudeness of the employees and my general concern for the level of service I would receive I decided not to leave my car for service. When I arrived there was no one in the "office" to check with so I started to drive around the building to see if I needed to enter at another door. Once I finally met someone from the car wash I was rudely told to take my car back to the other side of the building. After moving my vehicle, I went back to the door and didn't see anyone in the office so I went back to the door where I had seen the employee who told me where to park. While going through that door to the now occupied office I overheard one employee telling the other "that guy isa f#£€ing idiot". For a moment I decided to let it go and handed my keys to the other employee. After a moment of thought I realized I didn't want to count on employees with that kind of attitude cleaning my vehicle. I'm not sure if they do a good job with detailing but I'm pretty sure i won't be finding out anytime soon. Yes I can wash it myself more effectively but I don't do it in less than 5 minutes. The South Town location doesn't have as sophisticated of a setup as the other locations around town, but the wash quality is the same. The in-store experience is pretty nice. It's a larger than average store and they have your run of the mill goods. They serve Tim Horton's coffee which is small step above what you get across the street at speedway. My one area of critique is how the pumps are arranged. This isn't the biggest gas station lot and it pays for it with the layout of the pumps. My wife's vehicle still had debris in the cup holders, all of her windows and instrumentation lenses were smeared and smudged, her engine compartment was still filthy, and the sidewalls of her tires looked dull and dirty. When I picked up my car from Premier Auto and RV, I was extremely pleased at the flawless job they did on both the inside and outside. No streaks or smudges on windows or instrumentation lenses, no dust or debris could be found anywhere inside my vehicle, the leather seats had been cleaned and treated and looked amazing, the engine compartment was clean and spot free, and my tires looked like they were brand new! On many of the surfaces you could rub your hand over it and have dust/dirt on your skin. When we brought back to have them take a look at some of our concerns, were told there is only so much they could do and that they were just focusing so hard on getting our carpets done they must have missed some of those spots. Even the second time through there were multiple spots that were not clean. We offered to leave the vehicle there so they could take a second look without us present "watching" them work and were told, "no it won't take long." One of the main issues is the shop itself has poor lighting which I'm sure makes it difficult to even see where the surfaces are dirty.
