My vehicle is 11 years old but looks like it just came off the showroom floor after Kyle's amazing work. Highly recommend Absolute Perfection!! Thank you Kyle. read more

It's called absolute perfection for a reason! My car looks like it's brand new..even better than when I first bought it. Worth every penny. read more

I was very disappointed with this shop for advertising a "though cleaning and with leather cleaning etc But only getting an outside detail job for $89 when the real price was supposed to be one hundred and $150 but mark down to $89 this was a very expensive outside cleaning could have went to a car wash cheaper they should let people know its not a complete detail just outside cleaning when advertising as a thorough cleaning you must think its inside as well there Groupon is very misleading read more

Kyle has detailed several vehicles for me over the past few years. His work is amazing! Without a doubt Kyle is your BEST solution for having your car look the way you deserve! read more

I used to take my cars to Kyle all the time before moving to Las Vegas. He always does an outstanding job and I have never had a issue. I would recommend his services to anyone. Prices were always fair and just for the level of service he provides. read more

***READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR HERE*** First, why do you get your care detailed? Because it's DIRTY!!! Right? Well don't bother with this company. We were so unimpressed with them and will never recommend this place to ANYONE! Made an appointment for Friday at 9:00am. We dropped it off a little before 8:00 am (left the keys in the drop box) because my husband had to be to work. I called THREE times between 8:00 am and 8:24 am trying to get ahold of someone before having to leave a message because no one would answer my phone call. When I had called to make the appointment two days prior, I was told that they could have it done in a couple of hours. I said that wasn't a problem and that they didn't have to hurry on it. (Didn't want to be a difficult customer but assuming we would still have it back at a reasonable time and that they would let us know when it was complete) At 11:30 I received a call from them. I was assuming the call was to let me know that it was ready to be picked up because I had asked them to call me when it was ready. NOPE! They were just now calling (2.5 HOURS after my scheduled appointment) to tell me that the car was TOO DIRTY and they would have to DOUBLE!! the price if I wanted it done! I don't disagree with them that the car was very dirty. IT WAS!! But I was assuming that people take dirty cars to get them detailed. (They faulted me for not telling them how dirty it was when I made the appointment) I had read their website and the only thing it said about additional charges was for pet hair and smoking. WHICH IS WHY I CALLED THEM! I had called at 8:00 am that morning to talk to them about the pet hair!! But NO ONE could return my call or even answer their phone! I didn't realize that they had an upcharge depending on how dirty your car was because it said nothing about that on the website. Of course I would have let them know about the condition of the car if I had read a warning on their website. I read the warning about the pet hair and took initiative to call them! My biggest issues were that they couldn't call me back after I had called them that morning THREE TIMES. They didn't call me at the time of the appointment to let me know there was an issue. It took them TWO AND A HALF HOURS to contact me! They then told me that detailing appointments were ALL DAY appointments! (WOW wouldn't that have been nice to know!) Second, they said nothing about the condition of the car affecting price on their website. (I do not disagree one bit that the car was very very dirty.) However I had no idea that that may be an issue. Third, THEY TRIED TO DOUBLE (YES, DOUBLE) the price. I told them to not do it. I said my husband will be there in a little bit to pick it up. We showed up to get it and NO ONE was there! They had all left for lunch. My husband had a hunch to check the car (which we had left locked and put the keys in the drop box) only to find that it was UNLOCKED and THEY KEYS WERE IN IT!!!!! I know some people and businesses do that, however, THEY ASK PERMISSION TO DO THAT! We were told that they do that ALL THE TIME and that I had okayed it (which was a complete lie). ANYONE could come and steal the vehicles. Very unimpressed with them and their poor communication and business model. After reading more reviews in other places, I have seen that others have had issues with additional charges as well. BE AWARE BEFORE GOING HERE! Called another place and then told them that the car was very dirty because I was worried this could happen again. They told me that it didn't matter how dirty it was, it was one, fixed price. read more

I was disappointed in the detail, as I had to finish the job when I got home. I spent $175 for a Groupon that was to include interior, exterior and engine. It in no way was up to the standards I have had before with previous cars at detail shops in GR. The car was cleaned, but not detailed. Leaves, pine needles and dirt still in engine area and no attention was given to the interior of my tailgate. I came home and removed all the dirt around the framing for most of the car including engine-also had to Armor All the interior, as that was missed as well. However, they did a great job on the carpet. So my recommendation - great at cleaning, but if you are looking for true vehicle detailing, you might consider looking else where, as it missed the mark on details! Sorry, guys not "absolute perfection". read more

I had paid Absolute $100 for an exterior detail. I had also mentioned a stain on the passenger front seat. Owner said he would take care of it. Absolute called the next day and said the car was done. I asked if the stain came out and he said yes. I picked up the car after hours. When I got home I noticed there was still a little dirt on the bottom of the car and the stain on the seat was still there. I showed my neighbor who use to detail cars and he said they did not put any wax or sealant on the exterior. He said I got a $100 car wash. With all the Groupons, Living Socials and mailing they do, they must not have any time to wax it. Very dishonest. Listen people, the prices are good, but you get what you pay for. I left a message and the owner never called back. I will go back to my old detailer, spend more money, but the car will be done correctly. read more

Absolute Perfection is a lot of promise, with little delivery. Customer service is poor. My emails weren't responded to. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, I couldn't figure out where to go. There is no office. It's a shared-space commercial garage with no place to receive customers or conduct business. Upon pick-up, I was surprised at the quality of the job. My car appeared to have gone through nothing more than an expensive car wash and nothing more. I spent 45 minutes cleaning the exterior of my vehicle upon pick-up because it was still dirty. The grill in the front had bird poop stuck in it that hadn't been removed. When I inquired about it, the attendant claimed it was chipped paint. I scratched it off with my fingernail and said, 'are you sure?' Quietly, he began to clean the car again. Tire rims hadn't been wiped out, the insides of the doors hadn't been cleaned... During the 45 minutes I spent at their garage finishing the detailing of my own car, the owner appeared and informed me that I should have bought their luxury package if I wanted a thorough job. I asked him, then, if their $150 full detailing package only covered 70% of the cleaning, and that either the customer had to finish it themselves, or pay extra to get the job completely done? He didn't answer. The owner comfortably charged me full price for the service, despite the poor quality detailing job, and the fact that I spent 45 minutes of my own time at their garage finishing their work. This business does an amateur job of washing the car. It is NOT a professional detailing service. read more

Had them detail the exterior of our BRZ and they did a good job. In the past I had waxed the car myself and it looked good, but it looked better than new after Absolute Perfection detailed it. There were a couple spots that I was not happy with so I e-mailed Kyle and he told me to bring it in at my convenience. I did and Kyle took care of it personally. Plan on bringing back our SUV in the spring for a full interior and exterior detail. read more

I had two cars recently detailed at Absolute Perfection and was disappointed in the results. I spoke with Kyle Brown (president) who argued they completed the work. This was supposed to be a full interior/exterior and engine cleaning - a $300 package (with additional $30 for the SUV). I showed Kyle the dirt buildup on the air filter cover and other areas under the hood - he tried to tell me that it must have come off when the hood was closed. right... the dirt was caked on mind you. After going back and forth with Kyle, Kyle's mother called me stating it would be an additional $50 for the SUV and $30 for the sedan to complete the work (that should have been covered in the package deal). I was shocked at the very poor customer service and business practice - not recommending this company. I have 5 cars and will not be bringing any of them back to Absolute Perfection. read more

Kyle does a great job all the way around. Vehicle looked great when complete and the customer service is top notch. Great job Kyle!!!

My wife purchased a car detailing from Absolute Perfection through Amazon.com local for me as a Christmas gift. I tried scheduling with them and had to leave a message and await a return call. When I was called back, I had to answer a series of questions about the car. I was told over the phone that I COULD NOT USE THE COUPON WITHOUT SPENDING AN ADDITIONAL MINIMUM $90 (and it could be more once they see the car) because I have had a pet in it ($60 fee) and have had a smoker in it ($30 fee). THERE COULD BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES if the car is dirty when I drop it off, so the expectation appears to be that the car is cleaned already by someone else before they will 'detail' it. I wouldn't consider this a coupon, rather a way to get you in the door to pay additional fees. More in fees than you paid for the detailing job itself. Fortunately, Amazon is going to give us our money back since there was nothing on the page or the coupon itself indicating that you couldn't use it without paying the 'additional fees' or that any additional fees exist. It also states the detailing package is normally $175. If that's the case, then it would normally cost me $265+ for them to do it. That's truly outrageous. read more
