Both places charge $10 for the basic wash, QCW refers to it as the "Quality" wash. But for $22, you get unlimited Quality washes for the month. So after your third wash, you're ahead of the game. There are wash upgrades of what services they can provide. All upgrades are performed by the automated wash. There is no human labor involved in the cleaning process. With each upgrade both the single wash and monthly pass prices go up. Takes about 5 minutes for the entire wash. Machine does a pretty good job drying, but I bring a few old rags in my trunk to wipe off the extra water and shine up some spots the wash rags misses. I also open up doors and trunk and dry the door jams. They provide a free vacuum, as does their competitor. I bring this up because their sister location on Sternberg Rd only provides complimentary vacs if you have the monthly pass. The vacs do a great job. Basically they suck. Also for an additional charge, you can get your mats scrubbed. However it only works on flat mats. WeatherTech won't make it through the machine.

Value: I had purchased the holiday unlimited ultimately deal b3g1 month for the family. The convenience is unmatched, but the wash isn't always very great. Sometimes I have to go through twice, just to get a dirty car fully clean. I wish this one had mirrors so we could see prior to driving away or having to get out of your car. Also, not a fan that the staff don't put the plastic protector on at this location as they do elsewhere. Overall, I love the convenience, but not always the price. I'd never consider it without the unlimited as it's very costly.

You could make an appointment online or call, but given I had a couple questions, I decided to call and make it here! I added a shampoo to the front row of my car ($59) and cleaning my trunk for $10. I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each). I feel like that price is pretty equivalent to other companies.

I haven't bought a monthly car wash ticket yet, only the single ones but I have to say that I'm satisfied with the washes. Yes I can wash it myself more effectively but I don't do it in less than 5 minutes. The South Town location doesn't have as sophisticated of a setup as the other locations around town, but the wash quality is the same. The in-store experience is pretty nice. It's a larger than average store and they have your run of the mill goods. They serve Tim Horton's coffee which is small step above what you get across the street at speedway. My one area of critique is how the pumps are arranged. This isn't the biggest gas station lot and it pays for it with the layout of the pumps. Still better than the Speedway across the street but it is a bit of a hassle none the less.
