Once I brought my boat over to the marina I usually dealt with Vinny who is one of the nicest young man that I have met in a long time. Vinny goes above and beyond to make sure all the customers are happy and getting whatever they need to have a great day on the water. This is a very nice place to keep your boat as they care about all their customers.

Despite having less than 30 hours on it, the engine wasn't running properly--and to make matters worse, Suzuki USAproved difficult in honoring the warranty due to the engine being imported. Nick went above and beyond for us. He was diligent and persistent in communicating with Suzuki on our behalf, even when the process dragged on for several months. His patience, expertise, and determination ultimately paid off: he was able to coordinate a full replacement of the engine, which had been deemed unrepairable.
