Once I brought my boat over to the marina I usually dealt with Vinny who is one of the nicest young man that I have met in a long time. Vinny goes above and beyond to make sure all the customers are happy and getting whatever they need to have a great day on the water. This is a very nice place to keep your boat as they care about all their customers.

I explained to Jeff who I just met what my problem was. He told me he would do his best to get it repaired and it would take a couple of days instead I received a call an hour later saying that the parts were on its way. that was Thursday Friday morning I received a call saying the boat was finished. Despite having less than 30 hours on it, the engine wasn't running properly--and to make matters worse, Suzuki USAproved difficult in honoring the warranty due to the engine being imported. Nick went above and beyond for us. He was diligent and persistent in communicating with Suzuki on our behalf, even when the process dragged on for several months. His patience, expertise, and determination ultimately paid off: he was able to coordinate a full replacement of the engine, which had been deemed unrepairable. We can't thank Nick and the service department enough.
