The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

But I ended up having to reclean 75% of what was done so it feels like it wasn't worth the money or time waiting around. The floor was still dirty so it wasn't cleaned well. After the cleaners left, I busted out some new slippers and the bottom of them turned dirty. When I decided to steam mop afterwards, I had to change out the pads a few times as it turned dark from not being cleaners There was a window that got missed above the sink and so it was cleaned haphazardly at the end. When they left I noticed there was streaks on the window. I had asked for a door to be wiped cause it was visibly dirty and one of the cleaners proceed to wipe it. Then she asked me if it was okay. I said okay bc I had given up at that point as I saw she just moved the dirt around and didn't clean it at all :')

He provided me with an estimate of time and price. A few days later 3 ladies came to clean. After 1.5 hours (for $300 of work) they called me to say they were finished. I was puzzled as to how they could have cleaned so fast, but they insisted. When I got to the home. It was not clean at all ( dusty baseboards, bugs on window sills, greasy cabinets, grime in bathroom sinks, previous tenants hair in the shower etc.). I contacted Miguel and pointed this out to the women cleaning. After another hour, the house was still only about 80% clean but they were in a rush to leave and I was not in the mood to argue. I called Miguel again who said he would be on the way to look at the work... he never showed. I texted a few days later and no response. Extremely poor cleaning and service. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. EDIT 6/29/25: see owners response below. I tried to call and text several times prior to leaving a review. Additionally 1.5 hours for $300 and they ended up staying 2.5 hours that is not extra time that is the job they were asked to do. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that. Some notes for next time: - Moving the blankets from one of the chairs is not needed; they are meant to be there. - Febreeze plug-in was installed upside down in the bathroom, so a lot of the scent oil spilled out. No need to plug this in. - Lego fixture was knocked down; they put it back up, but I can tell it was knocked down because a lot of intentionally loose pieces were scattered. And we're pretty sure we heard these pieces in the vacuum. Next time, I'll move this out of the way and put it... somewhere. - A porcelain miniature on my desk was also knocked down and not put back up.
