When I followed up the next day they told me service would be provided on Friday Feb 11, maybe a little earlier if they could. When I followed up on Feb 11 I was told they got behind one the schedule and didnt get to it and when I called again on Feb 14 to see if they would do the service first thing, I was told "we are really understaffed and just cant do it" So, if you are considering this company for anything, I suggest not! They are - by their own admission - really understaffed!! and if you do decide to use them, be prepared for a lack of communication, lack of follow up, and very likely a NO SHOW on your service request. This is a VERY poor way to do business

I hired and pre-paid him to purchase and install surround sound speakers in my home on 12-29-15. After many facebook messages, texts and phone calls I was able to message his girlfriend and get a quick response but no speakers - only promises. Then I was able to track down his supplier and make a phone call and mention calling the police. Magically a portion of my speakers arrived at my house but I was told that he could fit the subwoofer in his truck because he was SOOO busy. He told me he would bring the subwoofer later that week. It's been 6 weeks and I even went to town and messaged him and texted him to say I was in town and could pick up the speakers. He has yet to respond. DO NOT USE THIS MAN.

We called William and asked him to install them. He was here the next day and had them installed in about an hour and half. William did an excellent job with both installations. We are senior citizens and not very technical inclined and he took us step by step on how to operate them.
