I simply followed the orange dots, as instructed. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and relatable--truly like they were made for their jobs. He routinely failed to have my Rx's filled unless I followed up with him multiple times - I've never had this issue with a doctor. On one occasion, his failure to timely call-in my Rx resulted in my having to wait 45 days to have it refilled due to a nationwide shortage (the pharmacy confirmed that had he called it in on-time, I would have had no issue). The last straw occurred most recently, in which it took 7 days after an appointment for him to call in the Rx for a medicine (for which lack of access could be life-threatening), despite following up with his office 3 times and them failing to call me back after saying they would. It wasn't until I stopped by in person that he finally filled the Rx. This office was an absolute nightmare.

My appointment was at 9:30am. So I arrived around 10 minutes early. There was no wait and the receptionist finished checking me in at 9:24am. (There is paperwork to fill in for new patients, which they have you print out at home and fill out beforehand. I've never had to do that before, but something to note if you don't have a printer. I would assume they have workarounds.) They have a waiting area, where I waited before I was put in a room and checked for vitals at 9:38. And I was seen by the doctor at 9:49. So pretty standard wait time. Staff was nice and friendly. They have a small kitchen area where you can get water. Their water machine was broken but the receptionist was happy to help me pour it out of the jug into my bottle. They have wifi while you wait (connection was pretty bad, otherwise. Internet was barely working in my phone. I have ATT.) Also, they have you wash your hands before coming in. Seems like the waiting area has a lot of books so maybe it's to keep everything clean for all patients. Apparently not a Korean clinic, but the owner is Korean, doctors speak Korean, and they have many Korean patients. My care was in English. I saw the newest doctor there, Dr. Yu, who gave me an annual physical. She listened to all my questions and provided good information, as well as looked through my past information and helped me order bloodwork. They apparently can do blood work on site Tuesdays and Thursdays after 10am, or you can go through Labcorp. Overall, it was convenient, and the clinic was nice.
