It's clean, quiet, and you can tell people are here to get stuff done. The super fancy industrial espresso machine grinds fresh beans for every shot - it's amazing. Lastly, the manager Alex is one of those rare unicorns in Miami - a person who actually cares about doing a good job and can pull it off.

When I complained the representative, first told me to call the corporate office in Texas. When I called Texas I was referred back to the person that told me to call Texas. When I spoke again with the local manager he was unwilling to listen, when asked for his supervisor unwilling to put me in contact. He than referred me back to the same help line in Texas which already told me to call him. Subsequently have sent emails that have gone unanswered. In attempt to solve the issue I filed a complaint with the BBB. Regus did not respond to their inquiries by the BBB. The office space is nice and kept clean. The ladies who assist with any needs on a day to day basis are polite and efficient. The sales person is where you need to be cautious. As they will say yes to anything while they are getting you to sign a lease. That they will not deliver on once they have you trapped.

On the positive side, the location is good, but it goes downhill from there. It is supposed to be a…read moresecure location, but the doors that are supposed to close automatically often don't work and are left open creating a security risk. Requests to address the issue are ignored. The kitchen is usually dirty, and the mail is not sorted daily. I don't blame the people at the center, I blame management for the lack of training and standards. How often should mail be sorted and distributed? How often should the microwave and refrigerator be cleaned? How often should staff check that the kitchen is tidy? If tenants leave dirty dishes on the sink, put a camera in the kitchen, and deal with the offenders, but pulling out the dishwasher full of dirty dishes and leaving it open in the middle of the kitchen for people in the center to walk around it is not an acceptable solution. They nickel and dime you for everything, there is an additional charge for secure internet, for coffee, and for using the printer. When you move out, even if you leave the office in perfect condition, they charge you a steep move-out "restoration fee" that depending on the size of the office can amount to half of the monthly rental fee, so buyer beware. Make sure you look over the Terms and Conditions and House Rules carefully, ask questions, and don't settle for overpriced poor service. It's a competitive environment and there are better, professionally run alternatives nearby.

Instructions for access were clear and easy to follow, the building is nice with great space. Upon making it to the 10th floor the check in desk was to the left and the person provided a quick tour of the space noting the amenities and providing the restroom code. There seemed to be several more permanent offices with ample open space. I had a large room to myself and while someone else did come in, they didn't stay long. Easy access to set up computer usage with plugs and the extra monitor coming in clutch. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to as well. The temp was a tad on the chilly side but you could walk over to the windows by the terrace for a quick warm up. The terrace was under maintenance so I wasn't able to see the full space. The only item that could some attention was the restroom as a few stalls weren't very clean. Overall this was a great option when traveling between locations and wifi access is needed and quite space. They have different spaces including the cubes if you need a private space.

Ezell and the other managers are super friendly and listen to your needs to find the best monthly plan to fit your needs. It's located on the 8th floor of the South Tower of 1101 Brickell. For parking, there is a valet at the building which is $16 if you stay the whole day. Other options include neighboring Brickell valets which can be a little cheaper, street parking if you're lucky, or of course, walking and the Metromover. I've taken lots of employees here for training and they all love it too. There's a lot of natural light (when MIA weather cooperates) streaming through the windows which makes it easy to stay focused and energized. There are a variety of spaces to choose from including desks and couches, to the kitchen area high tops and those swingy chairs around back. Definitely worth checking out if you are on the hunt for a working space in Brickell. Friendly people all around and some events (including a book club!) for members of this location and their sisters in Coral Gables and Doral.

I came here on a Saturday, so I can't speak to the typical hustle/bustle of Business hours - but it was almost deserted when we were there - maybe 1-2 other people working. The space has a lot of open-air working spaces, couches, cool lounge chair things, and nice semi-private and private conference rooms. In addition, it appears they have pretty cool long-term offices that individuals have rented out. IMO it's an awesome space, which has a community feel - I think I would love working here as an alternative to a home office. This is probably one of the only times I would use a co-working space, however I would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for one!
