They charge a premium price for a subpar product…read more 1. The elevator is always out. There is only 1 elevator. I've watched a pregnant woman struggling to go up and down the stairs. When we first signed up, I noticed the one elevator and asked about it. They said it was rarely out. The elevator seems to be out every other week for days at a time. 2. The fire alarm randomly goes off. I've had to get off calls with clients because of the fire alarms. This has happened at least 3 times. If that's not bad enough, I can't get a certificate of use from Miami Beach to do business with the city because Industrious can't seem to pass fire inspection. 3. Dedicated On-Site Staff. I noticed the 1 review they have gave them 5 stars. I read it to see what they liked so much and it immediately made sense. This review is from 5/22/2024 prior to the new management that is running this place to the ground. She is passive aggressive, talks to members as if they were her employees, and does not appreciate customer feedback. I can't make this up. My husband was reprimanded and told that his behavior was "reprehensible" because he left a post-it note in the community kitchen regarding old decaying bananas left out for community members to eat. We've emailed the establishment with feedback and were provided nothing but excuses about why the service was poor and the quality of the service was perceived by members as declining. Instead of hiring a community manager that is qualified to provide exceptional customer service and is solution oriented, they hired a power hungry individual who obviously was used to working with children. She's been referred to as a "corporate robot" by another community members. While "corporate robot" was not my description, I definitely agree. It felt more like the company was her client and not actual members. She runs the place like she's come to put her foot down and save it. She's immature, overly sensitive, and petty. 4. Daily Breakfast & Snacks. (see pics & descriptions attached). They claim to provide daily breakfast & snacks but the quality of those snacks has deteriorated over the past 1-2 months, since the arrival of new management. When we originally signed our office lease, we were offered "healthy" snacks with minimal ingredients. At the arrival of new management, without warning, all of the "healthy" snacks were replaced with generic items with ingredients no one can pronounce. When asked about it, we were told that those items were never corporate approved and that they had to adhere to their preferences and not the preference of community members. 5. Professional-Grade Cleaning- One of the conference rooms has smelled like dog urine or mold for months. They've been claiming a professional cleaner would be called to deep clean the carpet but that has yet to happen. 6. The biggest issue with this space is that they do not appreciate customer feedback. Giving them an honest opinion can get you kicked out (like we were). Yes, we were told that we were "harassing" the community manager. Another member was force to apologize for his feedback.

The team at the Las Olas location is always willing to help and accommodate any request you send them. I have hosted my executive team and everyone commented on what a great location this is. Not to mention, it is well located, parking is available, and great restaurants and hotels are all within walking distance. If you are looking for space this is a great option.

Too cool, only in South Beach! Everybody & now we know about this as the jewel of parking garages…read morein South Beach. With protruding angular columns, this open-air garage towers over Lincoln Road Mall's western end and provides panoramic views of the 33139. It was designed by Switzerland-based Herzog & de Meuron for developer Robert Wennett, the garage opened in 2010 with 300 spaces. The seven-level garage has an event deck that has been used for photo shoots, receptions and movie opening events. Level 5 has a glass-encased fashion boutique called Alchemist. We took photos of the city from the roof, but the yoga class was so awesome!

Why am I reviewing a parking garage? To warn you all how useless it is…read more I was visiting the office building that literally shares the address with this garage - you can stare into the windows of a dental practice and just see cavities getting filled. With a grace period of 10 minutes, I thought I'd be safe as I was picking up and getting out. No. You have to maneuver around tight ramps that are both up and down, avoid all the reserved spots on floors 2-4, wind desperately around the ramps until the find the last spot on floor 6, then take the elevators all the way to the ground floor, and find your way into the elevator banks for the actually office building (as of 4/21/2017, the lobby is under construction and awkward to find), and do it all backwards again. I was out in 21 minutes and I paid the full $20. Complete and utter rip-off. There is a lone clothing store on the 5th floor with no patrons, and the higher up the park, the more intense the wind blows you around in the open air structure. The only things that would be worth mentioning is the and view. It's the same view you can get from any rooftop bar on the beach, but you can instead surround yourself with cars. Park on the street in front of the restaurants (like the taqueria) if you're truly in and out.
