Their online reservation system can be confusing when there are changes after the online reservation is made for something such as a senior discount. In order to get a simple $12 refund, it took me 4 phone calls and two in-person visits over a period of 3 weeks. One or two people said they'd refund to my credit card; nothing happened. The next person said they don't refund to credit cards, but instead would "give me a credit to my golf course account". Never happened. The next person said they don't give credits to golf course accounts and they'd refund to my credit card. Nope. I finally happened upon a person (by sheer luck) who said they'd take care of it and actually did; a refund to my credit card. The funniest part of this particular episode was that one of these nice people at the front desk told me it was much better to reserve by phone rather than on their website; read on.... Recently, I called for a next-day tee time . 4 people. 10:50AM. Next day. She said, "perfect". After I repeated my name for her a couple of times she said, "perfect" again and promptly called me by a different name. I corrected her and she said, "perfect". She claimed to make the reservation for 10:50AM the next day as requested saying, "perfect". I asked her to repeat the reservation time. She said 11:50AM. Not perfect. She said she corrected the reservation to the correct time, 10:50AM. I asked her to repeat all of the details and she did. I said, "perfect". I hung up, retaining some doubt about her competence. I waited about 5 minutes, logged into my golf course account, and the tee time showed11:50AM, not the 10:50 AM time she had so perfectly claimed to have scheduled.. Not perfect. I called back, hoping to get a different person, which thankfully I did. She said she would correct the reservation but the 10:50AM time was unavailable. I had to take a different time. The golf course is fun. The employees who administer the golf course: not even close.

Newly redesigned gave me high expectations, however we got off to a bad start. The golf course is…read moreon the far east side, but so is the entrance to the new swim facility. Therefore all swimmers use the easy parking. That means golfers are forced toward the far west lots making golfers carry their bags 150-200 yards just to check in. There's no real drop off area either for dropping bags. The designers didn't really contemplate the burden of pushing golfers so far away from the start. They could have continued to use the original club house for golfers yet it sits vacant. It seems a huge waste of taxpayer dollars

Ok, so it been raining off and on & we understand. So these 2, 70 somethings decide to walk the course with a push cart. First of all it's beautiful out there, but I didn't remember the long 4 & 5 par holes. I think you will have fun and after 9 holes, exhausted, you know what I'd do it again! The people here are so nice, you can't go wrong! Enjoy you day,

Experienced golfers from…read morehackers to pros to pro hackers know what to expect from a self-ordained "country course" around here. It certainly fits the bill as far as "charming" goes - and easily fits the budget on price. The course is fun and challenging and scenic and quiet and - in spite of a few patchy or swampy spots - maintained well enough for those of us with practical game improvement goals. The staff is exceptionally welcoming. I find myself walking off the course each time I play it with a real sense of gratitude toward the people that run it and feeling vary lucky that I live close enough to regularly visit. Thank you Kohl Creek owners and staff! You're making such a positive impact on our community through your hard work to provide us with the recreation we need. We really truly appreciate you.

Easy check in; $16 adults $6 kids $8 clubs rental $10 cart. Either you are new to golfing, know a little, want to get back on the green and keep it casual. This is the place. As of 2024 this place is so economical. Even better if you have kids to play with, or elderly parents to stroll on super soft greens just to exercise along while you swing a short-range 9 holes. It takes only about an hour. On a good day of Oregon like today September 15 it's truly a blast. Soak up the sun, get river breeze, being humans with real social. No judgements around. Couldn't get any better. Even our teenager loves it for his first 9 holes -either we are lucky parents or this place is really a magical. Bring your fizzy drink and finger food. No alcohol and tobacco since it's Children's Course (another name if you search on Google map). Oh the entrance is quite strange like you are going to apartment complex but you will see reserve parking for Campbell as soon as you get there. The whole place is super clean, including restroom. Scandinavian look building is updated. Staff is very kind. Please don't change a thing. Keep up good work! Thank you for being here for the children and any beginner alike golfers.
