Early on, he provided his email, which I understood as a way to share what I couldn't easily express in session. It was only much later that I learned those emails weren't being read. That discovery deeply impacted my trust and left me feeling dismissed. At times when I was most overwhelmed, the focus seemed to shift toward managing risk rather than offering emotional support. These experiences left me feeling isolated rather than helped. The clinic itself was always professional and responsive, and I do believe Corey cares--but in my experience, he was not adequately prepared to support trauma clients. I hope this helps others in finding a therapeutic relationship that offers the safety and attunement trauma survivors need.

I was then told to wait which ended up being about a half hour in waiting room, only to get called back, have vitals done and then wait with no one coming back into my room from 12:30-2:30 in room. when the doctor came in he was was tall older man who also had immediate attitude and asked me why I was there, not in a nice way it was very accusatory like I was bothering them or something. I told him I had a referral and he still acted like I was taking up his time and I asked if he had a problem and if I should go to another facility? He had me show where my shoulder was hurting and said for me to come back later in week and to take some aspirin. He showed no concern over my injury and was the worst doctor I have encountered, ever! He left and I drive back home and when I was in the car the girl at the front desk called me and asked where I went! I said I left because he was done and she said well I had to schedule an appt and I told her no thanks your staff is awful I won't be returning and hung up. worst place I have ever been for medical.

In fact, we even got pushed out later as we were told there would be a therapist who would have flexibility in their schedules. The day of the appointment I received a call from Julia in the morning to prepared us for the appointment. An hour before our visit I got another call from Julia saying our insurance was inactive. I immediately got on the phone and called my sons insurance and made sure to get things all squared away. His insurance was completely active. I am mediately called Julia after confirming my sons insurance was active, and no response from her. We arrive for appointment on time only to be denied care. The last few months was a complete waste of time as we waited for an appointment slot. I did everything in my power to correct the situation with such short notice. Only to have my son and I turned away in person. A phone call would've sufficed. Or even a response to my call. I find this program to be extremely unprofessional as well as Julia's lack of respect and communication for us as a potential patient. If you are looking for therapy for your child, Julia, is not the one to assist you properly.

I tried leaving voicemails and sent an email after to see if i could get my lab result from my visit, but they would not respond or call back.
